Because these anchors bolt to your truck's frame under the bed, you can maximize your truck's payload capacity. And they're only exposed when you need them, so no more worries about your tie-downs rusting quickly or getting in your way.
Camper shift during travel can damage your rig and ruin your ride. These anchors bolt directly to your truck's frame - the most secure mounting point - so your camper stays locked in place, even during sudden stops and crosswinds. If you've ever gripped the wheel tight, wondering if your load will hold, this is how you drive without that worry.
And because these tie-downs mount to the frame, they distribute force lower than external mounts and across the full length of your truck. This reduces sway, minimizes twisting between your camper and truck bed, and improves how your truck handles with the load. Unlike bed-mounted systems that can feel top-heavy when you're driving through the mountains of Colorado or the windy plains of Kansas, these anchors help your setup stay balanced and stable.
These anchor points aren't just for slide-in campers. You have a truck, so you're going to want to haul things like motorcycles or ATVs, firewood, hunting equipment, or home improvement supplies in the bed too. These give you a reliable anchor point to secure those things, and because they're frame-mounted, they're going to let you get the maximum capability out of your rig. When you're ready to haul, just pull the anchor up, twist, and remove the anchor cap to reveal a full 360° swivel point. This makes it easy to attach tie-downs or ratchet straps from any angle, which is perfect for odd-shaped cargo, ATVs, or gear that doesn't sit square. And if the anchor gets pushed down without the cap, you won't have to worry about fishing it back out. It comes back up easily - the cap just helps to keep debris out and gives your truck that clean look you love.
When you're not using them, the anchor points retract flush into the bed, keeping your bed clean, functional, and free of bulky tie-down hardware. You can maintain a sleek factory look for your daily driving without giving up secure anchor points when it's time to haul.
Each set is custom designed for your specific truck model and meant to replace your factory-installed, light-duty cargo anchors. This means you get a smooth, bolt-on installation with no drilling into your truck's frame. You will need to cut through your truck bed for the tie-down receiver assembly, but a drill template is included to make positioning easy and accurate.
These truck bed camper tie-downs are ideal for slide-in campers that use internal anchor points: Cirrus, Four Wheel Campers, Travel Lite, Scout and other models. Use them with Apex Turnbuckles (TL88SV) and rear Apex tie-downs (TL58SV), both sold separately, for a complete tie-down system.
These tie-downs are made from corrosion-resistant materials so you can expect them to hold up against different year-round weather conditions, road salt, and rough terrain without flaking, peeling, or premature rusting. ApexAnchors are made in the USA and backed by TorkLift's lifetime warranty so you can have confidence in your setup mile after mile.
We love seeing our neighbor's setups! Once you have this system, send us your setup pics, trail stories, and favorite campsites. Whether you're deep in the desert or parked beside a quiet lake, your adventures inspire others to build something amazing too.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking together at our TorkLift ApexAnchors. Folks, these are a truck camper tie-down system for the bed of your vehicle. And these specifically are gonna be the front set. Now these are gonna fit a 24 through 26 Toyota Tacoma, specifically without running boards, or just cab length boards only.
So make sure you're double checking that fitment here at etrailer.com's homepage. Be sure you're getting the right parts the first time. Now with this set, you're gonna have absolutely zero loss of ground clearance. They're gonna be virtually invisible when they're installed. Everything from here down is basically underneath the bed of the truck.
It's gonna securely bolt right to the frame of the truck, the strongest part of the truck. And again, they're custom fit, tailor made for that vehicle. They're heavy duty. They're sporting 2000 pounds capacity per anchor point. Now what's nice with these is you can use 'em also for maybe motorcycle tie-downs in the bed, ATVs, lawnmowers, pretty much anything you want.
They are specifically made for campers that have the internal anchor points like Sirius four wheel campers, Travel Lite, Scout, just to name a few. Now, looking closer here at the anchor point, I wanna show you just how neat this is. So again, it's flush mounted, and what you gotta do is simply pull up on this rubber part here, and then you would just rotate it. There we go. And now it's basically locked out.
And then you would put this rubber cap, this rubber plug, either in your toolbox, glove box, somewhere where you're not gonna lose it. And then now your anchor point is nice and tight. And then when it's time to put it away, you'd simply pop that anchor plug back in there, twist it the opposite way to then push it back down flush. Now if for some reason you forget to put this on and you just push this down, the only way you're gonna get this back up unless you have some kind of like a hook tool to pull it up, it would be to be under the bed frame. And then you'd have to push up from the bottom, and that's just gonna be kind of tedious to do. So make sure you don't lose these plugs. Just simply put them back in there whenever you're not using it and pop 'em back down. And again, you're just gonna have to twist it until you get to that sweet spot where it's gonna go down. So as you can see, a nice, black powder coat finish. Everything here is heavy duty built. It does pair with a rear set of tie-downs sold separately, and also will require turn buckles, sold separately. Those turn buckles are gonna be what attaches to this anchor point right here whenever you're tying everything down to then go on the road. And you're also gonna get the bag of hardware needed for installation. There is a drill bit included. So yes, there's minimal drilling with this particular kit. Obviously, you're gonna have to drill the holes in the bed to put the anchor points through and those kind of things. But for the most part, it's a bolt-on installation with minimal drilling. So just follow the instructions. I always tell people, read the instructions first. Make sure you kinda look through it, kind of get an idea of what you're doing before you start. That way you don't have any issues. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us here at etrailer.com. We'll be more than happy to help you. Folks, it is gonna wrap it up for our quick look together. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
