The flush design keeps the crossbars tight to the roofline, giving your setup a sleek, from-the-factory style. Nothing sticks out past the sides, so the rack blends in and stays low profile. The Thule WingBar Edge gives you a clean look that feels integrated instead of added on.
Driving with roof bars can sometimes mean loud wind noise, but these aero-style crossbars are built to keep things quieter. The aerodynamic shape reduces drag, while split rubber strips fill the top channels to cut down on whistling and vibration. You get a smoother, more relaxed drive without the constant hum overhead.
These bars are ready for anything you want to haul. They work with most bike, watersport, snow, and cargo carriers. Whether it’s a kayak for a river trip or a cargo box for a cross-country drive, you can mount your gear using either channel-mount or clamp-on attachments. The flexibility makes it easy to switch between different adventures without hassle.
Mounting accessories is simple thanks to the split-strip design in the top channels. You don’t have to trim or remove anything—just slide your mounts into place and let the strips close around them. This design helps seal out wind and weather while keeping setup quick and straightforward.
The rack is compatible with Thule’s One-Key System locks (sold separately), which let you secure both the rack and your channel-mounted gear with one key. It’s an easy upgrade that adds peace of mind whenever you leave your setup unattended at campgrounds or trailheads.

When a last-minute change to our travel plans required the addition of a rooftop carrier for additional luggage the team at etrailer was there to get me the required items in time for our departure. I am very appreciative of the above and beyond effort made by the etrailer team!
It took me a VERY long time to figure out what I needed to mount my Hullivator on my 22 Subaru Outback Limited. I bought the wrong parts on round 1, and finally after 2 yrs of frustration, asked AI what I needed. I don't entirely trust AI, but it got me on the right track. I asked the 'chat' person on etrailer about the AI suggestion, and the gal who helped me, Autumn, said the feet part was correct, but to use this fit kit. I ordered it immediately. Today was the day. Of note, this fit kit has specific parts for the front and rear passenger side and front and rear driver side. Pay attention to the photo directions!! The parts are different for each side. On my Outback, they mount at 69cm apart. The cladding and design of the Outback roof system leaves much to be desired, but this worked and I'm looking forward to FINALLY using my Hullivator.
For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.
We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
One year in, this fit kit and the whole system have worked very well on my Kia EV6.
I miss the simplicity, in terms of cost as well as installation and removal, of the old Thule rectangular-bar racks, but this system looks better, is quiet, won't sag, and seems more robust.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
This "fit kit" from THULE does not impress me much. It does not sit flush with the roof rails of my 2021 Toyota highlander, doesn't really line up with the openings on the flush mount rails, and only attaches to the vehicle via one bolt at each of the 4 mounting locations. In that sense it's inferior to even the OEM toyota roof rack mount.
