Aero-style crossbars help reduce that whooshing wind sound when you’re cruising down the highway. The top channels have split rubber strips that close back around your accessory mounts, helping to cut down on vibration and wind noise. You can drive long stretches without the constant whistle that happens with many other bars.
These bars are ready for all kinds of adventure gear. They accept both channel-mounted and clamp-on accessories, so you can use kayak carriers, bike racks, ski holders, or cargo boxes from most major brands without needing extra adapters. It’s a flexible setup that lets you change out your gear depending on the season or trip.
Some crossbars make you trim rubber strips to mount accessories—these don’t. The split-strip design lets you slide gear into the top channels without any cutting. Once installed, the strips close up around the mounts to keep things sealed and secure while maintaining quiet performance.
If you want extra peace of mind when parked, you can add Thule’s One-Key System locks (sold separately). They let you lock both your rack and channel-mounted gear using a single key. It’s an easy way to keep your setup safe at campgrounds, hotels, or trailheads.

It works very well
Product is great, was expecting a lock and key but it did not come with them. However, it is durable and kayaks now have a place to further explore the Shores!
Evo clamps fit my year/model Prius as a dvertised.
Is perfect fit but would have liked it better if I could have just ordered and paid for the one item I needed instead of whole set of 4 feet for the repair when I only needed one.
These themselves seem great and solid - I just don't love the way they look hovering above the fit-kit.
Been a month haven’t received them yet they are in stock but guess we are waiting for one item which it’s in stock date gets pushed back every day. And the company doesn’t let the customer know the date changes or when they will send it.

It was exactly what I needed to mount my Thule roof rack. Fit snuggly on my Prius.
These uprights for the Thule racks seem well made. We installed the racks only one week ago and haven't loaded a kayak yet. The instructions and the online video demonstrations were immensely helpful. I needed both to get it right. I found that the uprights should be tightened on only one or two turns per side, going back and forth numerous times. This was the only way to get them to seat properly on both sides.
One year in, this fit kit and the whole system have worked very well on my Kia EV6.
I miss the simplicity, in terms of cost as well as installation and removal, of the old Thule rectangular-bar racks, but this system looks better, is quiet, won't sag, and seems more robust.
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
