When you need space for all your gear, these 59" aluminum crossbars give you plenty of room to spread out your attachments. The full-length design lets you mount carriers for bikes, kayaks, or a cargo box side by side without crowding. With a weight capacity of 165 lbs—always respecting your vehicle’s own roof limit—you can load up confidently for long trips or weekend getaways.
Whistling from the roof can take the fun out of a drive. These aero-style Sportz crossbars are shaped to guide airflow smoothly over the top of your vehicle. Rubberized dual strips in the top channels help reduce drag and wind noise so you don’t have to listen to the constant hum on highway runs. You get a quieter, more relaxed ride even when the rack is loaded up.
You shouldn’t have to choose between one mounting style or another. These bars make it easy to attach both channel-mount and clamp-on accessories. They’re compatible with most bike, watersport, snow, and cargo carriers, plus Rhino-Rack gear that uses the Zwifloc fastening system. That means you can switch from hauling a kayak to carrying skis or a cargo box without changing racks.
Once it’s on, it stays put. The included set of four gutter-mounted legs installs directly to the rain gutters on your vehicle’s roof for a solid hold. The aluminum construction keeps things lightweight yet sturdy, giving you years of dependable use backed by a 5-year warranty.

Nice set-up Stacey! So where are you mainly surfing or kayaking? I grew up in SoCal and have not been on a surfboard since I was 14, I wonder if it is like riding a bike?
