You feel it every time the wind kicks up or the road twists, your RV sways and you're stuck overcorrecting. This rear anti-sway bar keeps your vehicle planted, so you stay in control no matter what's coming at you.
Stays Centered in Crosswinds: Keeps your RV steady in wind or when trucks blast past you.
Keeps Things from Shifting: Cuts the sway that moves things inside your RV around while you drive.
Reduces Wear on Suspension Parts: Helps take stress off bushings, mounts, and shocks over time.
Helps When You're Towing: Adds rear-end support to keep the coach stable when you're hauling a trailer.
Installs Around Common Add-Ons: No need to pull your air bags, brake controller, or rear support gear.
No Maintenance: Once it's bolted on, thats it - no adjustments need to be made.
The Roadmaster anti-sway bar does for side-to-side movement what a good pair of shocks does for up-and-down motion. You will notice a marked improvement in your vehicle's stability as the bar works to balance weight transfer and reduce body roll. The anti-sway bar acts as a link between your vehicle's frame and its rear axle, using the axle as a brace to more effectively balance the shifting weight of your vehicle as you maneuver it. Lubricated bushings allow just enough pivot and rotation to compensate for the pressure placed on one side of your vehicle when it goes into sudden maneuvers, hits crosswinds or encounters shifting weights.
Superior Construction
The Roadmaster anti-sway bar is made of 4140 chromoly, a chromium and molybdenum steel alloy. This type of steel is considerably harder and stronger than the standard 1020 steel that is typically used in anti-sway applications. In addition, the larger diameter of the bar increases its torsional roll stiffness. The result is a bar that is not only stronger than the competition, but also nearly 30 percent better at resisting sway. The polyurethane bushings and grommets used at the attachment points are durable yet flexible, ensuring that the system is neither so rigid nor so malleable that it becomes ineffective.

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar. Now, this anti-sway bar has been designed to fit your 2018 and newer Freightliner S2RV Class C, and on custom-fit parts such as this item, I do recommend taking advantage of our Vehicle Fit Guide here at etrailer.com. Just input the year, make, and model of your vehicle and our Fit Guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. So, this bar mounts to your rear axle and to the frame of your vehicle to help minimize side-to-side movement, helping to improve the overall stability of your vehicle. This system is going to let you execute turns and quick maneuvers with confidence, giving you a level ride, even on irregular surfaces, and this is also going to help reduce driver fatigue by minimizing the effort required to keep your vehicle in line.
It's also going to help diminish the effects of crosswinds, passing motorists and shifting cargo. This anti-sway bar does for side-to-side movement what a good pair of shocks does for that up-and-down motion, giving you a marked improvement in the overall stability of your vehicle. So, this anti-sway bar acts as a link between your vehicle's frame and its rear axle, using the axle as a brace to more effectively balance the shifting weight of your vehicle as you maneuver it. So, this has been engineered also to avoid interference with most popular aftermarket add-ons such as airbags and things like that and accessories, so you shouldn't have to pull those down to get this installed. Now, this bar has a diameter of two inches, and it is made here in the USA of 4140 chrome-moly steel, giving you that superior strength, and this type of steel is considerably harder and stronger than the standard 1020 steel that is typically used in anti-sway applications.
In addition, the larger diameter of this bar is going to increase its torsional roll stiffness. Now, giving you just a brief closeup here, I wanted to briefly mention these bushings. They're made of polyurethane instead of the standard rubber variety for a longer-lasting system. They're durable and they're resistant to damage caused by oil, gasoline, and ozone, so less wear means less give in the system, and better overall support. You are going to receive instructions to guide you through the installation process.
All of the hardware that you see here along with Vibra-Tite and bushing lubricant. So, the bar and the brackets and the plates and the links here, they've all been, as you can see, they have a glossy black powder-coat finish to help resist rust and corrosion, and the hardware will also do a great job of resisting that rust and corrosion as well. This does have a limited lifetime warranty from Roadmaster, and if you do pick this up, we would love to hear back from you regarding your experience with getting this installed and using this. If you think that the installation might be something that you don't want to deal with on your own, take a look on this product page. You can click that and input your ZIP code, and our Installer Locator will find an installer that etrailer has partnered with locally in your area to get this installed for you.
