Hello, neighbors and friends, Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look together at our add-a-step for your TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps, specifically with a 25-inch base. So folks, again, this can either be an additional step or a replacement step for your TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps, providing us a two- to five-step model with, again, a 25-inch-wide mounting base. Now this particular step itself is 19 1/2" long by 8 1/8" deep. It is made of that same nice, high-quality, aircraft-grade aluminum and stainless steel construction. And all the scissor sides that you need to install with it are also that same aluminum construction.
The glow tape here is gonna give you 10 hours of light with only five minutes of light exposure, and the built-in tread makes it nice and slip-proof for you. You get all the mounting brackets needed, and all the hardware included as well. There's a whole lot of washers and bolts and nuts and stuff in there, so I left them in the bag. But again, this can either be a replacement step or an addition to the two- to five-step models that you already have, again, with a 25-inch-wide mounting base. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up.

The steps installed easily, but due to events of the world they have’t actually been out where I could use them. I did check them out the other day and there appears to be an issue with the locking mechanism on the right side. I will soon check this out. Much better than the stock stairs that come with your trailer.
The directions aren't the most clear guide lines. After looking at the directions, looking at how the 3 step set I already had was put together, it became clear as to how to put this together. Looks like it came from the factory. The measurements
provided as guidelines as to how many steps are needed to replace your existing steps is accurate. I purchased a 3 step kit and my measurements were on the border between a 3 and 4 step set. I would suggest rounding up. Adding a step cost me an additional $50 in comparison to buying the 4 step kit originally.

The shipping was incredibly fast, and the step was in perfect condition. I appreciated the fact that all the hardware was in a plastic bag. I read reviews about some of hardware missing, but this was not the case with my purchase. The installation was fairly easy with the help of my wife. The customer service of etrailer is by far the best when it comes to RV products. I contacted etrailer right away when I realized I did not order the correct step for my trailer. The gentleman on the phone line was more than helpful, and he was able to remedy my mistake I had made with ordering the wrong product. Will do business again with etrailer in a heartbeat.

These people take care of their customers. I received the wrong step (20") on first shipment. The item inside the manufacturers box was wrong. I don't know if it was original or a repack but in any case they sent the correct step (22") before I had a chance to return the incorrect item. They even paid for the return. Alex, the customer service rep that handled this for me was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend etrailer.
These GlowStep Revolution steps made a huge improvement over the stock steps. They have a solid feel without the typical bouncing. Much safer than stock steps and more convenient than steps that fold up into the doorway
The step assembled easy. Installing it on my steps on the trailer took a little work but not bad. It did arrive with only one glow strip on it, no biggie as I live two hours drive from the manufacturer here in Washington. The step arrive with two different types of bolts. One was the standard threaded all the way and some shouldered to be used on the pivot point holes. When I took my steps that were on the rv apart I found that they had used the all threaded bolts on everything and it had started to eat the aluminum pivots on my steps. After a trip to the hardware store the problem is fixed and I will see what will happen.
Other than that they have been great steps.
The step is great but the kit was missing the bolts, nuts and washers in the attached photo. I tried to source the parts locally but the washers are very thin and not readily available.
Unlike other solid step alternatives, Torklift gives you a simple cost effective way to upgrade your steps without another big investment if money or time. We upgraded our TT and the 3 step version was now to small. Purchased this kit and simply added an additional step. Simple. Cost effective. Thank you torklift!
I bought the Torqlift hoping it would be easier for my dog to exit my 5th wheel as opposed to the OEM stairs. I added a step not too lang afterward. I should have bought a ramp for her instead, and I did very recently. The ramp is easier for her than the Torqlift. While the stairs perform as advertised, the price is a bit much. If I knew then what I know now, I would have just gone with the ramp and saved about $500 that I spent on the Torqlift. Oh what we do for our pets!!
I absolutely love the Torklift steps! Best steps on the market for sure but they carry a hefty purchase price so when I was selling my old toy hauler to purchase a brant new one I remove the Torklift steps and reinstalled the old factory steps. I installed the Torklift steps on my new toy hauler that sits about 6 to 8 inches higher so I was prepared with the add a step kit. Even though the steps are 3 years old, they still look fantastic on a shiny new camper. I also have a 5 step narrow version for my truck camper! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending these steps to anyone.
Step went on easily (it required a little work but it wasn’t difficult- only required 2 7/16 wrenches or sockets). All the parts were included and the instructions were clear. I had to add a step as I had some suspension work done which raised the RV a few inches.
This solved the problem of the steps not being level after I leveled the 5th wheel. I thought that I would have to change out the steps to a 5 step set. This was a better solution to problem. I was short some hardware with the order. So I called and talked to JT, I think. Not sure who was all involved with my order, but you all make a great team !! Thanks
We love it! Delivery was quick. Adding a 4th step should be very helpful at those sites with a steep area by the entrance to our RV.
The fit was perfect really easy set up
I'm very happy with the quality, and the installation instructions. Everything went smoothly and a year later the stairs are working to our satisfaction.
Added the Add-A-Step to our existing GlowStep Revolution. The steps are evenly spaced and prefect now. As always Etrailer is a pleasure to deal with.
Excellent product, fit perfect, and the install was about 30 minutes. Measuring to get the right one is a bit confusing but if you call etrailer the are extremely helpulful and will make sure you get the right one the first time. Thanks etrailer.com!!!!!
The extra step made a difference on our new fifth wheel we just bought this one set up a bit higher and needed the extra step it really levels it out now. These steps are so much nicer than the stock ones.
Add a 6 thep to an existing 5 step. Very easy to install
