Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Camco RV Sewer Hose straight adapters with a bayonet and lug fittings cam39543. For today's demonstration we're going to be using the Rhino Extreme Sewer Hose, part number cam39862. This kit will allow you to connect a hose to your RV and to the dump station or connect two hoses together giving you added distance to reach the dump station. Included with the kit is a bayonet fitting, a lug fitting and also two clamps. The clamps are going to help secure the fittings to the hose and make sure nothing leaks out because that'd be gross. Both of the fittings do fit three inch diameter sewer hoses. So what we'll do, we'll extend our hose out, we'll first take the clamp, place it onto the hose and then we'll slide one of the ends onto the end of the hose.
We're going to bring the clamp around and we're going to kind of have the clamp closest to this ring or this edge, as possible just to make sure we get a nice and snug fit, want to just use a flat head screw driver to tighten down the clamp which is going to secure the hose to our lug fitting. Once that's tightened on you can see you got a nice snug hold. We'll just repeat the same steps for our bayonet fitting. Now, I'm down here with our bayonet fitting on, we're going to be hooking it up to the Camco Tote and Store portable waste water tank. We'll just pop the cap off then we'll just simply snap this in place. You can see the lugs engaged in these little slots here, nice, clean, snug fitting, no leaks.
Now the other end of the hose with the lug fitting, you can either connect this to another hose to give you additional length to reach your dump station or you can hook up an elbow or a drain seal which will stick directly into the dump station.
