Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look together at this B&B black RV heat vent with rotating grille. This rotating RV vent is going to fit your four inch ducting. And the vent base, let me pull this off here real quick, this vent base is going to mount into your floor, wall, or ceiling with the included screws that you see here. And if you notice, the head of our screws are covered in black paint, which is nice for when you drive those, run those screws through, they're gonna match the black plastic of this vent. And so the hardware is included with this.
You will pop this in to the hole and then you'll just firmly snap this then into place and then this will rotate as you need it to whatever direction you need. And the cutout dimension, in case you we inchesre wondering, let me line a ruler up to that. Looks like we're sitting pretty close to right about 4 1/8 inches. It might be kind of hard to see that up against my black shirt there in the background. But the cutout dimension's right at 4 1/8 inches.
So like I said, this louver grille is going to snap right onto the base. It's gonna rotate 360 degrees. And this is made here in the USA of a durable plastic construction that is rated for heating, but this can also be used for as a cooling vent. Now let me go ahead and just stamp this back on real quick. And I wanted to give you, in case you we inchesre wondering, just the overall diameter end to end.
Now it looks like we're sitting pretty close to 5 1/2 inches on that diameter end to end. Well, I think that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. By the way, we do also offer this in polar white. So if you like this vent, everything matches the specs that you're looking for but you'd prefer it in a different color, we do also provide this in white. And you can find that here at etrailer.com.
Well, again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
Great service as usual.
Works great
Exactly what I need. The fit and function were perfect!
Although it has not been tested as of yet, I believe this will do the trick. The ability to restrict the volume of heat and redirect the air flow will be just what was needed.
Since purchasing our Solis Pocket we have been receiving the W27H warning on the Truma heaters. After doing research on the issue it was suggested that the heater was not receiving enough cool air. We purchased the 4” vent and installed it in the heater cabinet. The installation was very easy but we haven’t had a chance to test the heater to see if the warning has been eliminated.
It is the perfect fit and matches all the other vents in our RV

The B&B RV vent solved the problem of the W27H warning on the Truma heater. The vent allows enough cool airflow to prevent the warning.
