Securing the Covers onto Your Tire-and-Wheel Assemblies
These covers are quick and easy to install. If you have larger tire-and-wheel assemblies, it's recommended to lay the covers in the sun for a few minutes. This will let the material expand slightly, so it'll fit over your tires more easily. Once the covers are in place on your tires, thread bungee cords through the built-in grommets on the back and pull tight to remove any excess slack in the material. These bungee cords and the elastic hem prevent the covers from flapping in the wind, and the soft interior lining won't damage your wheels' paint job.

I am 70 yr. old 50% disabled vet and these tire covers are way to difficult to put on. It took me nearly an hour with a lot of crawling around and under my unit to install just one set on my 225 / 75R15 tires. I would like to return them as they are just to difficult to install.

Put 4 of these on a tandem boat trailer that will sit in florida sun over the winter, st225-75r-15 tires. fit great and easy to install. seems to be very durable material. Think I will change bungee cords for bungee cord with hooks on each end which should ease installation. Some reason I thought these were USA made but no, sorry to say they were china made. However they seem to be of excellent construction and material.

Thank you for the nice words. The American made brand of tire covers for the 27-29 inch diameter tire is this Covercraft brand. Unfortunately, we only have black in color for this size: item # ST7001BK.

Fits my teardrop trailer perfectly. Zippers allow access to the clamshell kitchen in the back. There is also a set of zippers that will let me open the door on the right side of the trailer. It would be nice if there was a set of zippers that allow access to the door on the left side of the trailer. This is not a big deal but it would be more convenient. I do have a rip in the fabric on top that happened as I was trying to get some snow off last winter. Users of this product should be aware that the fabric may become brittle in extreme cold. I'm going to sew on a patch and it will be as good as new. I recommend this product.
