This extension allowed me to plug in my trailer with out the need of the normal service cord. Using a much more inexpensive extension cord. It allows me the run the entire system except the AC, It keeps the battery charged, lights operative, It also allowed me have power at anytime why'll in storge. These adapter cords are not RV specific. If you have a 30 amp power inlet then this adapts it for use with a 15 amp extension cord. I will have our Customer Service team contact you to make arrangements for a return.

I've only used it once, to plug in my cargo trailer-->camper conversion into my house to test out the A/C. The adapter feels heavy duty and worked well. There's not much more I can say about it.816243

Does the job well. It's my "maintenance" adapter and I use it daily to keep the batteries charged, and for anything I do while the trailer is home (lights, furnace, fridge etc). It doesn't allow us to run the A/C obviously but that's not what I wanted this for.1228102
