Unit came quick, easy to install, works great! I replaced an older Highpointe model that stopped working after 10 years. Footprint was exactly the same making for a simple swap out.
I asked my wife and she said she thinks it's better than the other microwave that was originally in the Montana, and as long as she is happy I am happy!
We've only had it for a few days but we've been really happy with it. We were replacing an older High Pointe, a Model EC942K9E that was blowing fuses (we fixed it several times but it got to the point where replacing the door switches no longer worked). We were pleased to see that this new one was a "drop in" replacement using the same bolt holes and hole for the cord as the old one. The new one is lighter and uses only two bolts instead of the three of the old one. Overall, it was an easy replacement. We did have to follow the installation instructions to get the microwave oven blower fan to blow out the back of the microwave oven instead of the top, but that only took about 20 minutes. After that, everything worked great. As a bonus, it's a little quieter than the old one, you can make the beeper quiet and even turn it off, and the LED lights on the bottom, which are cool white, blend in with our trailer's hidden lighting. So, overall, we're happier with this new microwave oven that the original one.
I really like the upgrades to tis model. Lighting inside and out is very pleasant to the eyes. Plus you can actually see what's going on while cooking! Since I was replacing a previous model it was easy to install. New menu options with Smart Sensor cooking. I'm still reading up on that. The Middle rack is new for me. Now I can cook two dishes at a time. Plus it's a nice looking microwave. So overall very happy with this product.

Still working as expected
Replaced existing microwave perfectly. It was easy to install if you have two people to do it.
We really liked the additional features that our old one didn’t have. For a 1000 watt microwave, I highly recommend it and would purchase it again.

We are still as happy with our microwave as we were when we bought it. We have had no problems with the performance and if we were to replace it, we definitely would purchase another one just like it.

I am sorry that this is not what you were expecting. If you are looking for a convection oven that is the same size, you can check out part # HP94ZR. This one will only be 900 watts instead of the 1000 watts you have. I have sent your information over to our customer service department for them to look into what would be best for your application.
Package arrived on time. Product is an improvement over the OEM of the same brand.
