How to Measure Your Class B Camper Van
To determine if this cover will work for you, measure the overall length of your van from the front bumper to the rear bumper. Make sure you're accounting for any spare tire carriers and ladders on the back, but not the hitch. Then measure the overall height from the ground to the top of the van. Do not include any AC units, vents, or antennas in your height measurement, as the cover is already designed to accommodate them.
Securing the Cover onto Your Camper Van
First unroll the cover and carefully spread it evenly around your van, making sure you don't pull too hard and tear the fabric. Once the cover is in place, wrap the elasticized hem on the cover around the bottom corners of your van to remove any excess slack in the material. Adjust the tension panels on the front and rear of the cover until the cover fits snugly around the contours of your van. And then toss the weighted straps underneath your van to the other side and buckle them together, which keeps the cover secure and prevents it from flapping in the wind and damaging the paint job. The tension panels will help reduce the stress on the cover while you're tightening the straps.
And if you need to grab supplies, you can use the zippered panel on the passenger's side to easily access the interior of your van without having to completely remove the cover. You can also unzip the entire panel on the rear of the van so you can open the back doors and load and unload gear.

Not easy to find a quality cover that is not too painful to put on.
This cover is good quality, fits as well as you could hope for a bulky vehicle and my husband figured out a way to put it on with little or no help from me :)
We are very happy with the product, relieved our van is protected from 100-degree heat, and would recommend this cover whole heartedly. It was delivered quickly, too!

I bought the cover to fit my 19 ft. long Sprinter with a high roof. The fit is better than I expected it would be and I like the side zippers for access into the van. At this point, the cover looks sturdy enough to stand up to Montana weather---that we shall see.
Covering the vehicle the first time was a little cumbersome. However, now that we how to go through the steps it is quite easy. Did not know that the roof portion was white and took it for an inside liner when unfolding.l
Shipping to the US was great, and this is the ONLY provider anywhere for older Roadtrek accessories. Haven't tried it yet, but it looks as described and was shipped with care and arrived in great condition.
Product arrived within days, faster than anticipated. Box is in good shape so expect contents to be as well. We have not unwrapped it yet.

Its excellent... So far... I just put it on. It went on extremely easily and I did it alone. Instructions say two people, but I found it simple to do myself. I'm also OK with walking on my camper roof. I feels well made. Time will tell if it survives a New England winter.

Little Guy Mini Max
I purchased this cover for a little guy mini max tear drop trailer. The cover is good quality and looks great. The cover covers the entire cabin as well as the utility box which houses the battery and propane. The fit is near perfect! The only problem is the cover door to access the RV is slightly off to the left. I can still access the RV without much trouble so all in all I am happy with it.

Fits well on our Flagstaff Aframe popup including our front toy hauler rack. However the back corner developed small tears on the initial fitting. We have reinforced those corners. We like the heavier ceiling material & that it is white which will reflect heat/sun/ UV rays better. We also like the 4 vents hidden under a flap (2 on each side) - that should help reduce over heating and moisture build up plus reduce wind damage. Rather than use the rope they supplied as tie-downs, we have attached strapping & clips for the front, back & to the 3 side tie-down locations. The storage bag is nice to have, although it should be larger. We hope the cover will last 2-3 seasons

This cover seems well constructed and fairly easy to put on the trailer. However, it wasn't folded to apply the way the instructions stated. As well, the instructions say to get on top of the trailer, which we aren't able to do. My suggestion is to change the instructions. It took two of us -- we spread out the cover, then on each side walked the cover back and over. Doing it that way wasn't too hard. Suggest putting pool noodle sections on the trailer parts that are pointy and stick out. Glad we got it!

This fits the Prolite PlusS like it was made for it (the one that fits up to 16 feet) but you have to install it backwards from how it's meant to be installed on the Rpod. I just got it installed so I don't know about longevity yet. Thanks to others who tried it out on their PlusS and posted reviews.

Just wanted to report that this item fits our 2017.5 Rpod 180 perfectly. Ours has the awning, A/C, and antenna. Installed it last night with a ladder and 2 people, it might be tough to do it without both. Quality appears very good and it was nice to note 2 small vents at the sides/top.

Good cover but will deteriorate in 14 months max. UV has a big affect but the cover will provide protection until UV breaks it down. This makes my 3rd purchase of this cover and I may consider looking at another type for increased durability. Also if you have roof air on your popup, the cover's width is around 12" to narrow, which results in strain on the seams. Mix that with UV damage is does not take long to fail.

Just finished putting the cover on our pop-up trailer and it fits perfectly. Looks great. We have put a lot of time into restoring our old camper-lots of memories in there-and wanted to be sure it stayed nice and dry thru the winter. Thanks for reaching out after 1-year. To be honest I've been wanting to reach out for several months but didn't want to hassle with CS. I believe the cover itself is protective and does it's job. The problem I've had is all the securing straps have ripped off (with light wind) and now in order secure the cover I've had to create my own tie-downs and it's not working that well. The secure points are weak and if they go it's almost impossible to use. I will update with specific photos

While this is a custom cover meant for the small r-pod trailer, I purchased it for our ProLite Mini 13 based on recent reviews from others with the same trailer.
I was very pleased to see that the material and construction quality was similar if not identical to a number of excellent and durable covers I’ve used to store non-winter driven sports cars. However, the installation process was challenging for a number of reasons.
Firstly, after reading the Classic Accessories guide that instructed to unfold the cover from front to back on the roof of the trailer, I found that the manufacturer had folded and packed the cover incorrectly. Specifically, the cover was folded side to side instead of front to back, i.e.: the white roof section appeared at one end of the completely unfolded cover instead of appearing in the middle as expected. That meant we had to completely open up the cover on the roof of a car and manhandle it into place on the trailer after locating the yellow “front” label. The trailer is stored right next to our garage, so this task was not fun. We expected some fitment issues from a custom cover intended for something else, but not a packaging curve ball.
Secondly, (and I kick myself for not having noted this before we even started) the front and rear side profile contours of the r-pod are essentially the opposite of the ProLite Mini. So, not surprisingly, the “normal” fitment was unsatisfactory. After pulling and stretching to no avail, we still would have had poor rain runoff and unwanted Michigan snow buildup in loose folds at the at the front. So, we removed the cover and rotated it front to back for an almost perfect fit. It’s somewhat tight at the front and loose at the back, but much weather resistance than our first attempt. The only downside is that the zippered door section is now on the opposite side of the trailer, but it’s not a big issue for us.
As a sidebar, I’ve wondered why RV cover companies have neglected offering custom fitments for the Roulette ProLite line of Canadian trailers. Their market volume in the US and Canada is significant, and the weather conditions in Canada suggest a worthwhile sales rationale.
