I'd go with the ProTop4 # CA82DY or # CA22DY over the PolyPro III # CA80103 you were looking at. The ProTop4 has a thicker, more durable roof material for better protection against rain, snow, and debris. It also comes with a 4-year warranty instead of 3 years, along with protective foam rolls that the PolyPro III doesn't include. Those will be especially helpful for cushioning the roof rack and awning on your Transit to prevent the cover from tearing.

The # CA82DY fits vans up to 20' long, while the # CA22DY fits vans up to 23' long. Both have zippered access panels so you can get inside without removing the cover. You may also be able to access your electrical hookup, depending on its location, but you'll want to remove the cover before running the engine, of course.

Looking at your photos, my biggest concern is the roof rack, awning, and rooftop vent. You'll want to pad any sharp edges to prevent the cover from tearing and remove any heavy snow accumulation. I actually spoke with someone yesterday who used pool noodles around the solar panels on his roof! A moving blanket or folded tarp can also work well to cushion sharp edges before putting the cover on for winter.
