Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com, and today, we're gonna take a look at this Rain Blocker G2 Front Panel for the Thule 10 foot HideAway Awning. Now, this front privacy panel for your Thule HideAway Awning is going to block wind and rain while letting light pass through this transparent panel. Now, this is designed to be used with the Thule 10 foot HideAway Awnings, and on your screen, I am including our item numbers for those awnings that this panel will work with. And this panel measures 4 7/8 feet long by 7 1/2 feet tall, and this weighs about 5 1/2 pounds. As you can see, this is a gray and black fabric, and that's going to not only look attractive, but it's going to really blend in and match with most vehicle colors. And this is going to install quickly and easily with no tools needed, you're just gonna simply slide this panel into your awning lead rail, and then when you don't need it anymore and you wanna get it out of the way, you can simply roll it up and secure it with these side release buckles, and so, this is gonna be very easy to install, very easy to use, and then very easy to roll up and secure when you don't need to have it in use anymore.
The smart connects here are going to let you attach additional side and front panels, and those panels of course are sold separately, but that's going to allow you to create a modular awning system. And the transparent PVC fabric with these welded seam is water and wind resistant. And just feeling this cover, this panel, it is very durable, it doesn't feel like it's going to easily rip or tear, so I think it's going to give you many years of great service and it feels rugged and pretty robust, so it's very, in my opinion, it's put together very well, and I think it's going to hold up to quite a few years of use, and I think you're not gonna have to worry about it easily coming apart or anything like that. Now, this also does come with support pegs for securing the panel to the ground. We have a set of instructions to walk you through the very simple installation process.
