Video Transcript for Review of Front Runner Adjustable Cargo Chocks Platform Racks - FR38ZV

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at these Adjustable Cargo Chocks for your Front Runner Platform Racks. Now, if you regularly carry storage boxes, water tanks, coolers, or other bulky gear on your Front Runner platform rack, these adjustable cargo chocks are a simple way to keep everything from sliding around while you're driving. This set includes four chocks, as you can see here, and they can be positioned exactly where you need them. It's going to give you a solid barrier that's going to wedge against the corners or flat sides of your cargo for a more secure fit.

On your screen, I'm listing the Front Runner racks that these will work with. So as you can see, it's going to work with your Slimline II, your Slimsport, and your Slimpro Van racks. So if you have one of those racks, this is going to be exactly what you're going to need. Installation is going to be pretty quick. Doesn't require any tools.

Each chock mounts to your Front Runner platform rack using the included I-nuts and hardware, making this very easy to reposition them whenever your load changes. You're also going to get this rubber to put in your T-slot, as well, to fill in the gaps. So that is included. For even greater security, these chocks are designed to work with the Front Runner Stratchits, and those are sold separately, but you can find them here at etrailer, or any other compatible tie-down straps. Again, helping to keep your gear firmly in place over those rough roads or long trips.

They're also built from black powder-coated steel, so they're going to resist rust and corrosion, and they're made to stand up to years of outdoor use. Before I wrap this up, let me see if I can give you some measurements. So I'm going to begin with what I'm calling the length here. We're sitting slightly under four inches long, maybe about three and, I'm going to say a little over 3 7/8 inches, maybe. Yeah, about a little over 3 7/8 inches.

And then the width, about 3 1/2-inches wide. And then the overall height, including the eyelet here, about 1 3/4 inches or so. So those are just very rough measurements to kind of give you an idea of what to expect from each chock here. You are going to get a small instruction sheet, but the full set of instructions will be listed on Front Runner's website. They're trying to conserve some paper, so I found that the full set of instructions on their website very helpful. And that QR code, I believe, is what's going to take you to that. I think that's going to wrap up our look today. Again, my name's Andy. Thank you for joining me.
