Excellent product. Very sturdy and easy to install.
These roof-rack cross-bars fit perfectly onto my 2012 Subaru Forester factory stock side rails. Installation was fairly easy. Wind noise is very subtle, compared to popular square bars.
Even though the outside packaging box had "Ford Explorer" on the sticker, the packaging on the inside had "SUB", presumably for "Subaru", and matched up just right with the Forester rails.
Delivery was very quick, complete with tracking info.

Looks great. Installed in about 10 minutes. Fit perfect. Very impressed with the product and the level of service. The price was reasonable and the product arrived well in advance of expectations.

I really like this product, heavy-duty. When hauling things there is no slippage and once you strap it down its in the same place when you reach your destination. I am very happy I purchased the bars.
Product is great, super easy to assemble and mount, and looks great on the truck. The only thing better then this roof rack is the customer service you get from e-trailer. Products are shipped quickly, e-mails are sent immediately, and the people are great. I give this particular product a 9 because I had to file the crossbars a little so that the locks would lock ( no big deal). And I give e-trailer a 10. Order without worry my friends, you will be glad you did.
Received the product after a slight delay. We were notified that the shipment would be late and asked if we wish the item ship direct, which we declined. Product arrived as promised with in two weeks.
Product installed very easy and with no problems. Haven't used it yet, but will within the next week to carry some plywood and 2 by 4's. I see no problem in the future using these roof rack cross bars for hauling light loads. .
