Roof rack legs carry constant vibration and shifting cargo loads once gear starts moving at highway speed. These fixed-mount legs are static and city crash tested to ISO 11154 standards and install with included tools for DIY roof rack setup. The fixed-mount design helps create a more stable roof rack setup for rooftop cargo, work gear, and overland equipment.

Now, this is gonna be a key component for building a strong and versatile roof rack system onto your vehicle. Now, these high legs are designed to mount directly to fixed points on your vehicle's roof, and thus creating a solid connection between the roof and your crossbars on your platform system. Now, obviously this is just the fixed-mounting leg set. You will need a fit kit and crossbar sold separately to complete that system.
But the high-leg design is designed to provide extra clearance above the roof, which is gonna be perfect for running those larger accessories like maybe rooftop tents, cargo baskets, overland gear, and it's also gonna help improve airflow and reduce interference with factory roof features. Built from durable, corrosion-resistant materials, these legs are gonna be tough and made to handle tough conditions as well. Now, these work seamlessly with Rhino-Rack Sportz Crossbars, Vertx Recon Crossbars, Heavy Crossbars, and Pioneer Platforms, thus making them versatile whether you're building a simple rack or that full overland setup. Installation's pretty straightforward. You get all the hardware included, and the specialty tools, such as these blue plastic keepers.
You can simply twist this, take off the access port. You can choose to change out these plastic cores separately. You can purchase locking cores that you can have 'em all keyed the same if you want to actually lock them physically, otherwise, that blue plastic key keeps that cover on there, hiding access to the bolts.
