This custom fit kit lets you mount 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 legs to your vehicle with fixed mounting points. Legs mount to vehicle with attachment studs. Includes 4 pads and 4 attachment studs.

Product seems great(installed but havent used yet). Instillation was easy and product was at my home days after my order was placed. Only issue with site is they send everything in my wifes name since she was the first to purchase from them.

Great product, worked very well for our vehicle. etrailer’s website makes shopping for a roof rack very easy, complete with photos. Plus it was delivered a day ahead of schedule!
All items arrived in perfect order with some duplicate items which were not required. Instructions were abit fuzzy but installation only took about 1.5 hours. Customer service with Zack and Tamara was great. Emails were answered sometimes within minutes and product arrived right on time.

The fit was good. The DK specs though were supposed to show on the foot pad if the arrow points in or out. I looked up many other DK specs and all were out so I defaulted to that. Other than that installation went well and it was easier to install after I did the front rack.
Product was good. Clarification in the instructions would help. Needing the torque wrench and specific adapters is not ideal for installation. Plastic caps to be tightened I feel is not adequate either when its a main support to hold the racks onto the car. Everything else went together great and I have no problems with the kit installation minus those few issues.
Crossbars carry up to 4 SUP boards on a little Subaru wagon. Strong, quiet, trouble free.

So the product was great, and installation was relatively easy. I have a concern with the pads I received in my box/ the placement of them. And I’m not sure who to contact?
I did not see on the DK sheet specific for my vehicle how to place the pads and which way the arrow should go. So I put them all on with the arrow facing out. The back pads look great but they front pads look odd, and not just the placement but also the pad itself. I’ll attach two pictures to show you the difference in them!
I was able to transfer my Rhino Rack bars and 2500 series platforms from my C-Max to my Mazda 5 with just changing the foot kit from one specific to the C-Max to the fixed point type for the Mazda 5. Some savings from buying a new setup entirely. I took the risk the bars' length might be an issue - turned out okay.
*** In changing the roof rack from one car to another, make sure to buy 4 total of the measuring strips for the roof racks (#RRM641). I didn't think to buy these until I put the rack on and heard whistling at high speed.

According to Rhino Rack, the pads sitting under the front foot pack should be rotated 180 degrees. Once thats done, they should sit correctly.
