As a matter of course, Rhino-Rack usually recommends not using the sunroof with a roof rack installed.

Rhino-Rack didn't have any specific information about sun roof interference, but we can probably figure it out. The roof rack for your vehicle would use pre-existing attachment points on the vehicle roof that the # DK285 fit kits would connect to. Typically, there's a plastic strip that runs along the edge of the roof from front to back. You should see two small doors or removable plugs per side that allow access to the attachment points. If you draw an imaginary line across the roof connecting that attachment point to the one directly across from it, and the sun roof opens in such a way that the glass slides out above the surface of the roof and it's path would intersect with that imaginary line then you won't want to use the sun roof with the roof rack in place.
