I need a roof rack for my 2019 Subaru Impreza that has a naked roof so that I can carry a bike rack, which should I get?

The roof rack I recommend for your 2019 Subaru Impreza with a naked roof is the custom fit Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK285 because this rack has aero shaped crossbars which are very quiet, the rack installs easily, and is one of the higher quality roof racks but is at a much better price that similar brands.
Then for a bike rack the Thule Upride part # TH599000 would be what I recommend as well. This carrier fits the Rhino rack well and allows you to keep the front wheel installed as well. It's also really easy to use. See review video attached.
