This low-profile Inno Aero crossbar lets you build a stylish, aerodynamic roof rack for your vehicle. The crossbar requires 2 Inno Flush or Through feet to mount the rack to your roof. You may also need a custom fit kit to mount the crossbar. A built-in T-slot in the top of the bar lets you easily mount carriers and accessories on the rack. A flexible rubber strip in the channel keeps out dirt and requires no trimming or adjustment. The crossbar is also constructed of strong yet lightweight aluminum so it won't rust.
This lightweight bar has an elliptical shape. The aerodynamic, low-profile design helps to reduce wind noise and drag when you drive. This means you won't need to add a fairing.
The Inno Aero crossbar is constructed of sturdy, lightweight aluminum. An internal extrusion adds strength and structural rigidity without adding a significant amount of weight. The bar is rustproof so you can leave it on your roof all year long, wherever you go. The sand-blasted powder coat finish resists corrosion, scuffs, and scratches. And the matte black color will look good on any vehicle.
This crossbar has a channel in the bottom that lets you install Inno feet (sold separately). Slide the channel cover over to reveal a mounting hole for the foot. Clip the foot into the crossbar and then slide it into place along the channel. A built-in stop in the channel will keep the foot from sliding off the end of the bar.
To complete installation, mount the feet to your roof. This may require a custom fit kit (depending on your application). Attach the locking covers (included with the feet) to secure the roof rack to your vehicle. Locking the covers also secures T-slot-mounted accessories to your crossbar.
This bar has a built-in T-slot that allows you to mount bike racks, watersport carriers, ski racks, and more. The EZ-Slide rubber strip in the bar lets you mount accessories without the need to remove or trim the strip. Just press down on the ends of the flexible strip and slide your accessory's mounting hardware into the T-slot. This strip has a plastic coating so it's easy to slide T-bolts along the channel. The strip runs the full length of the bar, so it helps keep dirt out of the channel when you're not carrying accessories.
You can also attach most clamp-on accessories to the bar, and the rubber strip provides a no-slip cushion for any accessories that rest on it.

How's it going neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com and we're taking a look at the Inno Aero Crossbar replacement 48 inch bar. The replacement bar is gonna be the same one that comes in the complete kit. If you somehow manage to damage or lose your Aero bar, this is gonna be the replacement. On this particular vehicle there's two separate sizes, so you wanna make note of the length of the bar that you have for your replacement, and you'll be able to still take advantage of the same features such as the T-track slot, the under slot, that's 10 inches, and your T-track is gonna be accessible by pressing this tab and removing your end cap. There's also a rubber channel guard in here that's gonna help while it's not being used reduce the wind noise. Essentially, it gives it a smoother path so you'll have less noise.
As far as the dimensions of this guy, it's a 3/8 inch opening, 7/16 tall, and it's 13/16 wide. This is the second time buying the Enno Aero Crossbars from etailer - a set for each car. Best price around. The bars are incredibly quiet even with the cargo box on top. If etrailer doesn't have all of the components for your make and model of car, I suggest you buy what does fit your car from etrailer for price and shipping speed and then buy the rest directly from Inno USA site.

Installation went pretty smoothly. The trick is to fully understand each step before moving to the next. Installation was a little tricky but once the "feet" were attached to the roof and the bars properly spaced, everything wrapped up very well.
There is no noticeable wind noise with these installed.

I recently drove round trip in terrible weather to Boston from Orlando a trip of over 1500 miles...My Inno Elliptical Roof Bars Roof Rack held up perfectly.

Originally, I was waiting for the Yakima crossbars to be restocked for my GX460 but decided I couldn’t wait it out any longer and went with the Inno’s aero set. Overall, they look great, fit great and seem to be very good quality. I was able to assemble the rack myself, it took me about an hour and half, I wish the installation was a bit easier but after watching the video from etrailer it all came together perfectly !
Aero roof rack is very stylish and gives my car a good look. It’s low profile look is what I really enjoy about it. The bars are pretty wide so any bars you do add to them, you’ll have to do IN-DEPTH research to make sure they do fit. I’ve had some run in with some issues with bike racks

This rack fit my 2024 Ford Maverick perfectly, although etrailer said it wouldn’t fit. I checked the fit guide on the Inno website, this was confirmed as an option for my truck. Installation went well, fit is perfect, really like the Inno products. Highly recommended. Unable to download photos, bummer.
Installed on a '24 Ford Expedition Max. The 63 inch bars are nice and long, without being too long. Much easier to install than some other more expensive name brands. Definitely recommend.
Very nice quality, made in Japan. Easy to install using the Inno XS150 base stays. The 51" was a nice size for my 2015 Touareg. Many of the manufacturers recomment wider (53-54"), but I like the narrower profile. Unfortunately, the Aero design still creates a slight bit of wind noise at highway speeds, and it gets worse if the sunroof is raised (vent). I like the soft rubber T-channel material which allows the accessories to mount without cutting the material. I also like the slightly arched shape.
Worked like a charm. My daughter and I completed a 10K mile, 35 day camping trip around the USA.
Got these with the custom fit kit (INK860) and the through feet/stays (INXS250) for my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Assembly's not difficult, though you do have to work with three different instructions: 1 for the stays/feet (the main install instructions), one for the Crossbars (minimal to do there), and one for the custom fit kit (again, minimal, though this one is crucial as it contains the measurements for the setup).
Things went pretty smoothly. However, when I put it on my roof at the measured distances from the center line, the feet didn't both occupy the rain gutter as they are supposed to. I checked the measurements, and both the front stays were at 21.5" and both back stays were at 21 3/8 " . Since those were the called for measurements, I'm not sure why I didn't fit perfectly. However, they're great and I can't wait to put them to use with my kayak and snowboard and bike. Thanks E-Trailer.
Photos show how great the system looks as well as some of the gaps at the rain gutters. I don't think it's crucial to readjust those. I did try several times but couldn't seem to get them just right.
The 48 inch crossbars worked great on Maverick don’t know why they have a kit with 57 inch bars that etrailer thinks that they will fit the 57 inch is way to long but the 48 inch worked
