After my husband broke a key in the lock of our new Thule Cargo Carrier, I wanted us to have extra keys besides the one key we had left. I ordered 3 spare keys from etrailer.com and they arrived and work perfectly, and I feel much better having back up keys. After watching a few You Tube videos, we realize you cannot remove the key when the Thule Pulse is in the unlocked position and the cargo cover is open. We also saw in the video that the key cannot be removed until the unit is locked properly, which I believe is a safety feature, so we are better prepared for when we use our Thule Pulse again. Thanks again to Etrailer for peace of mind with the extra keys.
