    To remove a lock core from a Thule product like the T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack # TH83JV the lock must be unlocked or it will have to be drilled out. One unlocked you will use Universal Change Key # 853-1251 to remove the core. If you can get the broken key out with a key extractor or with a pair of needle-nose pliers then you'll just need to order a new key to match the number on the lock core.
