Was hoping key would fit my vw locking roof bars and was so happy to find the key I ordered would fit. It was my understanding that vw roof bars are made by Thule. It seems to be the case so I'm very happy.

Amazing service! Leaving for vacation and two days prior couldn't find lock key for my Thule cargo carrier. Found one on etrailer and next day had it. Paid premium for over night but gotta do what you gotta do.
The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you

I was so thankful etrailer carried these keys, and we got them in time for our trip. A disaster if we didn't get these, because we lost our original set, and couldn't install our Thule rack and car top carrier. Thank you etrailer for another awesome purchasing experience.
I was nervous because the picture didn't look like the right key, but it worked no problem.
Surprisingly good customer service for a simple key too. My shipping and billing info were different and someone from Etrailer called me to make sure they had it right/I didn't make a mistake.
I got the key on time and the next day someone else from Etrailer messaged me to make sure it was delivered as the tracking info claimed (and politely linked me here to write a review, but I think that's fair).
All in all I'm happy with how it all went. I'd do business with these people again.
