Bought a Sportrack Horizon L on FB Marketplace. Lady only had one key. Local hardware store didn't have a compatible blank key. Saw N083 stamped on the key, did a little research and found this one with the same stamp.
Pleasantly surprised these were already cut and worked with my rack, so I didn't have to go get them cut.
Once again I misplaced my roof rack key after a move and etrailer sent replacements promptly. Their customer service and do follow up is always unmatched.

Was hoping key would fit my vw locking roof bars and was so happy to find the key I ordered would fit. It was my understanding that vw roof bars are made by Thule. It seems to be the case so I'm very happy.

Amazing service! Leaving for vacation and two days prior couldn't find lock key for my Thule cargo carrier. Found one on etrailer and next day had it. Paid premium for over night but gotta do what you gotta do.
The keys were perfect, I could open the top parts of the rack but it seems that the bottom parts that sit on the roof are different cause I can open the end parts on them and there is no number on them or indication to match to a key number, beside that I,m very satisfied thank you

This review is more about the great customer service I received at etrailer. I received a set of rack crossbars for my Thule car top carrier, from a different retailer. The bars arrived in a damaged package and the key was missing. Because, I didn't trust the other retailer to get me the keys in time for my upcoming cross country vacation, I did some research and discovered that etrailer carried replacement keys. I called and Matt at etrailer said they could get me a key shipped out on Monday, since I had called right before a holiday weekend. To my surprise, I was sent out a shipping notice that Matt had rushed and gotten my order to shipping that same day...and had the package in the mail by Saturday! I received the key ON Monday. So, a HUGE thumbs up to Matt and the great service at etrailer. Next time I need any travel accessories, I'll go to etrailer first. AAA+
