I needed a replacement key (lost the original) quickly for my van rooftop carrier as we were going on vacation in a week. I was able to easily look up what key I needed by entering the number shown on the lock cylinder. The key was delivered on time and fit perfectly.
This was HARD to find anywhere but etrailer. The Mopar racks on a used Jeep I bought needed a key the previous owner had lost. Mopar no longer sells the keys (too many generations ago). I did some digging and found the Mopar racks are actually Thule. But Thule said they no longer carry these keys for consumer sale and to go see a locksmith. etrailer said they could get them but it "might take awhile". No problem, I'd wait. And here they are! Work perfectly. Thanks etrailer.

Is your cargo box a Sears Sport 20-SV by chance? Those boxes were manufactured for Sears by Thule, and the lock cylinders were just a little deeper than the Thule models. If you give the end of the key a rap with a hammer, the key will seat fully and should work fine. Youll only need to seat the key once.
