Though this was a small purchase, I feel as though I was treated very well on many levels. I have two issues, neither of which pertain to the folks at etrailer. One is the fact that the color doesn't match the OEM which came with my Thule rack but I knew that going in. The other is the shipping via USPS. My package was routed to two major hubs, both of which are further away than my home from Missouri where it originated. This happened twice, so it was at each hub twice before eventually ending up at my home. No wonder USPS is losing money. Let's just say that this took much longer than expected. No stars dinged from this 5 star review because of the patience and professionalism provided by Amy at etrailer. When my Thule bike carrier hit the ground (my fault) and the cover flew off of the upper hinge, I thought I would have to deal with Thule directly to replace the broken oover. Was pleased to see they had it and that it was in stock. In the picture appended to this review, the OEM is on the left. Strange to see this color but maybe the newer models (mine is ~ 10 years old) have the silver covers - I suppose I could paint it but as long as it works... The price was about as expected and shipping wasn't too expensive. Again, it is the above and beyond service and communication that will bring me back to etrailer. Great people with an excellent business model. Thanks Amy and company !

etrailer.com was a great find. I needed a relatively obscure part ("Thule") decorative cap on my old 2 bike carrier and I didn't know the model name of the carrier. etrailer's website made it easy to figure out when model carrier I had, and they even carried the exact Replacement Part I needed!!!! I ordered it, it came in a flash and IT FIT PERFECTLY and was an EXACT match for the missing part it replaced! Thank you etrailer, you have a customer for life.
