The dual knob design makes it easy to control your hot and cold water. This is a two hole mount installation. The water line connection points are separated apart from one another on center by 4" and then when it comes to the length measurement, they measure about 1 1/2" long. The product does come with brand new mounting hardware so get the backplate, you get your washers and you get your new installation nuts.It features a plastic underbody with a plastic compression valve.

Product worked great. Replacement for outdoor shower in camper. Winterized and got camper out of storage and leaks like old one. Not sure if I can tighten or replace washers.

I have gotten in contact with the manufacturer and they have recommended that a new stem should fix the problem, part # PF187024.
