Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this replacement installation mounting hardware for your Longview custom towing mirrors. Now, if you already have the Longview towing mirrors identified by that model number that you see there on your screen, LVT-3100C, and if you're just needing to replace the mounting hardware, your mirrors are fine, then this is going to be exactly what you need. This is designed specifically for those mirrors so you don't have to worry about compatibility issues. This kit includes two adjustment knobs and two mounting clips.
So everything that you need to secure a full pair of mirrors. So whether you've lost the original hardware or something got damaged over time, this is gonna give you the correct replacement parts to get your mirrors mounted and tightened back down properly. So, I'm sure I don't need to tell you this, you know how these work, but this clip is going to mount or hook around the inside of your factory mirror, and then the threaded portion is going to actually poke through the mirror and then you'll just use this knob to tighten it down to get a nice, tight, secure fit. The knob actually points towards the front of your vehicle and that clip you'll see on the mirror side, if you will. So, anyway, you're gonna get exactly what you need to replace the hardware on both of those mirrors.
And these are the direct replacements, so you're not gonna have to worry about compatibility issues, fitment issues, or anything like that. First time buyer at website. Ordering was easy and order arrived without issue. Easy to follow instructions included...took about 2 mins per mirror to install on my 2013 RAM 1500 Laramie. No problem with my mirror turn signals or puddle lights being covered. See photo. Professionally made. Great look overall (could personally do without the bird image on the back of the mirror).
Some have indicated markings inside mirrors for Left and Right were backward...this was not the case on mine. RH was right and LH was left. Maybe this problem has been corrected. 40 mile test drive without issue. Taking my travel trailer on the road Tues. These should be great assist on the road.

Exactly what I was looking for
I looked all over for towing mirrors for my '17 Ram 1500 Big Horn w/sport mirrors. Factory mirrors have auto adjust, heat, turn signals, "puddle" lights and electric fold-in/out. The new Longview towing mirrors fit great and were easy to install. Fit is very solid, so they shouldn't rattle in the wind. Also, the factory electric fold in/out works great with the towing mirrors attached. Tip: make sure to pre-install the holding "bars" and screw into the mirror before you slide them on - then just lift up on each "bar" until it clips onto the inner rim of the mirror. Then tighten. I'd give these a "5", but I haven't driven with them yet.
I received my order shortly after I placed it. The mirror extenders were everything they said they were. Am extremely happy with etrailer!
I ordered the mounting hardware as a precaution, because of the plastic threads and knobs. I think the option of metal hardware would be nice.
I had purchased the mirrors several years back and when putting them away for last season I accidently stepped on one of the mirrors and broke the attaching arm. Ordered replacement and within 4 days had the new parts and were back in business
These mirrors are solid. Simple on and off, yet solidify mounted. Easy to adjust , and the adjustment stays fixed even when close the doors of the truck. They sre easily worth the investment
I lost one of mine and love the mirrors so was very happy to be able to order replacements.
Can't really give a review bought as backup, some reviews said had the original ones broke! Love the fit of mirrors hopefully won't need backup fasteners !!
Replacements work perfectly
The use of the mirrors is great while driving. I find threading the screw through the hole difficult when attaching them as they don't really reach and I'm scared they will break, which they have and I had to buy more.

Everyone should have these spare parts available. Very cheap insurances.
The mirrors when adjusted correctly work fine. Hard to move to adjust. Takes some time to adjust.
I lost one of the nuts and was happy to find this kit . Same as original parts and now I have spares

My mirrors continue to work as well as the day they arrived. I have had zero issue with them. I have probably 1,000 miles on them and they continue to function flawlessly. I even drove them through the car wash a week ago thru oversight. And, while I wouldnt recommend it, the mirrors came through it without any problems. A quality product. Holding up well!
