The Edge CTS gas tuner is not compatible with your diesel truck. You will want the Edge Juice with Attitude CTS2 Performance Tuner - 5" Color Touch Screen with Swipe - GM Item # EP21501 for a comparable model that is compatible with your 2005 2500 Duramax 6.6L.
