Hello everybody, this is Jeff with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this replacement snowplow shoe assembly for your Meyer Snowplows. Now this part will replace the shoe assembly that's on your Meyer snowplow. This is comparable to the Meyer part number 09362. Basically it'll include everything shown here. We'll start with the linch bit.
The 11 multiple washers. The large spacer, and then the shoe assembly itself. This is designed to mount to the bottom of your blade so the cutting edge can safely travel over uneven surfaces. This will help reduce wear and tear on the cutting edge to help extend its life. And as we mentioned, it does include the spacer and the multiple washers so that you can adjust the height of the shoe when you're installing it to the snow plow.
Now I'm putting all 11 on. You might not need all 11, you just choose the right amount you need for installation free application, and then once you go to install it onto there, you just put your- slide that up into the mount, put this linch pin in there and it'll hold it into place. This is constructed of heavy duty steel for durability and it'll resist corrosion 'cause it has nice black powder coat finish on it. Few specs on this, I'm just gonna remove the parts again so we can get a specs on the shoe itself. The overall dement- or the overall height.
Very bottom to the very top, it's right at 10 inches tall. The diameter on the very bottom here, from this end to this end, it's gonna be right at about six and 9/16 inches diameter. And then just the shaft which we'll measure from the bottom here to the top. It's gonna measure right at eight and 3/4 inches tall. And the diameter on this shaft is one and a quarter inches.
But again, just take your, the spacer itself the heights on that is gonna measure one and three quarter inches on that. So then you drop that on, take your washer put as many washers as you need on there. And then insert the linchpin to hold it into place.
