Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at these copper G adapter fittings. Now these adapter fittings are designed to make connecting your water tank gauge system simple and reliable. This is going to link half inch BSP female threaded ports typically found on a tank or sender unit to standard half inch or 12.7 millimeter outer diameter push fit polyethylene tubing. So it's gonna act as the bridge between your tank and the gauge sender unit, which is what allows the system to accurately measure and display water levels.
Without a proper connection like these, your readings can be off or the system won't function the way that it should. One of the biggest advantages of the push fit design is you just push the tubing into the fitting and it's gonna lock securely in place. No tools, clamps, or complicated installation required. That's gonna make set up quick and hassle free, even if you're not especially experienced with plumbing components. These are especially made for water tank gauge systems that use airline style tubing and (indistinct) units, so it's gonna integrate smoothly with those setups.
