I love the look, the ease of installation and the structural integrity. At first I was a bit concerned about its strength with only two supports (I have an F250 with extended cab, not four door), but after a year I see my fears were misguided. I weigh 200# and these running boards have help up well.
The installation was easy with the exception that they do not include enough washers in the kit. They instruct you to use 6 flat washers (8M) per mounting bracket (2 on the side wall and 4 on each pinch weld) to attach it to the vehicle. You need 24 (4x6=24). They only give you 16 8M flat washers. If you want washers on both sides of the pinch plate connections, you'll need to go find yourself 8 more washers.
The washers included were too small for the included bracket. Not the end of the world - it was a trip to the hardware store, but frustrating nonetheless. If you are ordering, you may want to call etrailer to make sure they include the proper washers. All other hardware fit well and the bars themselves showed up in good condition.
