You could spin it left or right, and it gives you precise flow control by simply pulling the handle to pump. It's easy operation, you just lightly back and forth and pump it. Suitable for fresh and salt water alike. The maximum suction lift is about 10 feet, while the maximum discharge head is 10 feet as well. The max flow rate per minute's about 1.9 gallons.
