Specs:
The blind spot detection feature tracks and alerts you of other vehicles entering your blind spot. It begins to monitor other vehicles when they enter the "Warning Zone" starting at 13' away. Once a vehicle is within that range, the LED indicators will illuminate to the corresponding side. Lane change alert warns you of vehicles approaching prior to changing lanes. This feature begins to monitor other vehicles starting at 85' away.
Rear cross traffic alert warns you of approaching vehicles or pedestrians while backing up. It automatically activates when your tow vehicle is placed in reverse and begins to monitor low-speed rear cross traffic starting at 13' away. Once a vehicle or pedestrian is within range, the LED indicators will flash to the corresponding side of the oncoming rear traffic.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our Towtal View LaneGuard Pro Blind Spot Monitoring System for those towable trailers. It's gonna be a dual sensor kit. So a blind spot monitoring system is gonna detect objects in your blind spots, obviously, but in specifically this case when you're traveling with larger towable trailers, campers, those kind of things. So you wanna be visible, you wanna be seen, but when you're backing up, it is hard to see pedestrians and other vehicles sometimes.
So it's a smart thing to probably have a backup camera if you don't already have one as well. That would be sold separately. But today we're looking at this towable blind spot monitoring system. So the left and right radars here that are included are gonna alert vehicles and pedestrians while you're in reverse. So you kind have LED display indicators.
Those are gonna light up on anything in those blind spots. And they adhere to the left and right side of the trailer with a 3M adhesive tape. So it's gonna be a nice, strong hold. It's a durable construction. Everything here is automotive grade connectors.
All the connectors, they plug in, they're heavy duty plastic just like OE connectors are. There's no cutting or splicing, other than these two cables that would get power and ground for the whole system. So it's a very nice kit as an option. Now this was gonna work on towable campers, travel trailers, or even utility trailers. And it has a nice waterproof rating of IPX7 and IPX69K after you install it.
So they're saying before you install it, it has an IPX7. After it's installed, IPX69K. The back of 'em also have an L for left, and an R for right. So when you're installing 'em, it makes it super easy to install. Once you got it in place and you got everything bolted up, you got covers that clip on to hide the screws and everything as well. So a very nice kit. You're also gonna get a set of instructions and some other cable ties, some screws, some butt connectors, and those kind of things as well for completing the installation. Well, that's gonna wrap it up for our look together. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
