Hello neighbors, I'm Steven here with etrailer.com. Today, we're looking at this Rampage Locking Center Console for the Jeep single storage compartment. It's a black denim color and fabric. Now folks, this is a custom fit application. It's specifically made for the Jeeps 1976 through '83, the Jeep CJ-5s, or the '76 through '86 Jeep CJ-7s, and also the '87 through '95, both Jeep Wrangler and Jeep YJ. That being said, make sure you go to our website, use our fit guide, the top center of the homepage.

Enter the year, make, and model, that kind of information. Make sure you're getting the right parts the first time. Now folks, this center console will provide you with a nice extra storage space in your Jeep for small items. And it has this nice locking storage compartment here that's gonna deter theft of items stowed inside. It's got extra padding here on top.

The nice armrest here going to give you some nice cushioning and everything. It has four cup holders, two in the back and two in the front here. Both of those cup holders are removable to make it easy to clean 'em if you ever need to. The back one is shorter than the front. The front one's pretty deep.

And again, it makes it super easy to clean. So you can pop them out, wash 'em, put 'em back in there when you're done. Now the front also has a nice pivoting sunglass holder here, you can put your sunglasses in there. And again, 'cause this is for a '70 through, or rather the '70 years through the '90 years, this also has these, what we call coin holders, kid, that's right. So if you're familiar with these, you put your coins in here, quarters, nickels, dimes, pennies, whatnot, and they're easily accessible when you need 'em.

It also comes with this nice cup or nice can holder rather, so this is technically what they call a cooler insert. It'll hold a six pack of soda or whatever you're drinking in the storage compartment. So if you got 'em cold, you pop 'em in here, then you could open this up, pop this guy inside of it here, and then you could go on your way and have some nice sodas and drinks in here. It also comes with a CD case holder. So again, we're dating everything here again, because of the age of this, we got a CD holder. If you're not familiar with what those are, kids, again, talk to your parents, but that's a nice CD holder. And again, the nice cup holder or can holder rather. So I'm gonna go back to the front view here. Again, it comes with keys, you can easily lock it here. When it's locked, it's not going to open. When you unlock it, then you can open it. Now coming here from the side view, let me pick this up and spin it for you. So you can see how deep this is. It's actually 12 and 1/2 inches tall by 27 and 1/4 inches long. And it's about 8 3/4 inches on the width. And as I mentioned before, it's a nice black denim fabric color. This is the mounting bracket. That's also a level bracket, so you may need that in some installation purposes. So you may have to put that underneath here, either the front or the back, depending on your application. It does come with instructions, just read the included instructions along with the mounting hardware and you'll get it installed with no troubles whatsoever. Well folks, again, this is gonna sit nicely between the front seats of the Jeep. It's not gonna interfere with the fold up rear tumble seats, I do want to mention that. And again, you do have to do some drilling to install this. So you're gonna have to drill probably through the bottom of this and into the bottom of the Jeep as well. So if you're doing that kind of stuff, again, per the instructions, I recommend some kind of either butyl tape possibly or some silicone, something to go through the holes to keep rust, corrosion, weather out of those holes.
