Hello, neighbor. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look at our TowSmart hitch pin and clip for 1 1/4 inch hitch diameters. Now folks, this pin itself is 1/2 inch thick pin, and again, it's made for those 1 3/4 inch squared tube attachments, or the hitch itself. The usable length is two inches and you get the clip included that will go right over the groove here. So once you put it in place through the hitch, you just plop it in and you're ready to go.
