Quality of materials is great. Very easy to assemble and very easy to use! No rattling during drive, even with 2 heavy ebikes. No extra tools needed. I like that there is no contact with the bike frames!
Price might be high, but it’s definitely worth it compared to cheaper options.
Ordering from etrailer.com is the way to go since they use UPS to ship the product. Also, the service is great as well!
As a future improvement for Saris (the manufacturer): Use more protection for the main part of the rack, especially the plastic cover in the center! This tends to get scratches or marks during shipment of box. Everything else is really great.
