Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this Weigh Safe 180 hitch with two ball mount for your three-inch hitch receiver. Now, this 180 hitch is going to slide into your three-inch hitch receiver and it's going to give you a two-inch and 2 5/16 inch double-sided stainless steel tow ball. So this is going to make switching your tow ball sizes very easy. And this is also going to give you a maximum drop when you have the shank in this orientation of six inches.

And then when you flip this over, you'll get a maximum rise of seven inches, and you'll have a incremental adjustment of one inch, giving you that height adjustability that you're looking for so you can tow trailers of different heights with the same vehicle. Now, when you use the 2 5/16 inch hitch ball, you're gonna get a gross towing weight of 21,000 pounds. And when you're using the two-inch ball, you'll get a gross towing weight of 8,000 pounds. And this has a maximum tongue weight of 2,200 pounds. And the hitch itself is constructed of aircraft-grade aluminium, giving you superior strength and durability.

The solid block construction is going to give you greater strength than any hollow steel competitors which will also maintain the lightweight. And this is gonna be rust-proof and the finish is going to remain clean and so it's gonna stand the test of time. So even though this is lightweight, this is gonna be very durable. It's gonna hold up really well for you. Now, the balls here are stainless steel as I mentioned, and this does feature a dual pin slider lock that's going to make adjusting the height and switching the tow ball size is very easy.

Let me go ahead and give you a brief demonstration of that. So I'm gonna grab the keys here. I'm gonna remove this black rubber cover that's provided to protect that keyway from dirt and debris. So let me go ahead and insert the key here. I'm gonna give it a turn and then that's going to allow me to remove this slider just like that.

And while I have this out, I wanted to mention that the pins here are aluminium, the housing is aluminium, and then the lock there is plated steel. So this is going to be very durable as well. It's gonna hold up against that rust and corrosion. So you can see that this is going to be able to slide up and down very easily. You're not gonna have any problems. So I'm gonna go ahead and switch this from the two-inch ball to the 2 5/16 inch ball just like that. And then you can just get that adjustment that you're looking for and you'll be good to go. So let me turn this around here and I wanna line up those holes and then put my pins back in just like that. And if you notice, everything is just really a smooth operation. You're not gonna be at the back of your vehicle, struggling to get the adjustment or the ball size that you need. It's gonna be a very fast adjustment, everything is gonna run very smoothly for you. Now, you also are going to get this locking hitch pin and this is key to like, so you're gonna get four keys. And the idea is, one key is going to operate the dual pin slider lock and also the hitch pin lock. So you're not gonna have to be juggling keys with this. And lemme give you a brief demonstration of how this is going to work. You'll just insert one of the keys, give it a turn, and then that's going to allow you to unlock this. Now, I'm gonna go ahead and lock the head back up here, remove the key. And if you notice, it does come with this cap here to protect that keyway. What I really like about this lock is, you do not need to keep the key inside of the head here to lock this back up. So all I'm gonna do is slide that back through and then I replace the head and now it's locked. So a very easy operation, it's gonna be very convenient to use. So four keys included, all key to like. Let me give you some measurements here just so you have a good idea of the size of this unit. My first measurement is gonna be from the center of the first hitch pin hole to the center of the ball. It's gonna be about 8.5 inches. Moving to the center of the second hitch pin hole, about 9 5/8 inches. And then, from the center of the second hitch pin hole to the back of our shank, about 1 7/8 inches. This is V5 and J684 certified. And I think that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today.
