Fueling tanks, you need a number you can write down. This 115V AC pump moves 20 GPM and has a 3-digit meter that tracks up to 99.9 gallons per transfer, plus a lifetime total. Read it, reset, and log each fill.
When you're fueling multiple tanks or keeping tabs on usage, eyeballing the level gets old fast. This pump comes with a 3-digit mechanical fuel transfer meter designed to register flow rates of 5-20 GPM per minute, and it can register up to 99.9 gallons per transfer. The manual reset knob clears the 3-digit counter between fills, so each transfer starts at zero. You finish a fill and read the number on the meter instead of estimating.
If you want long-term tracking for fuel usage, a resettable counter won't cut it once the numbers get cleared. This meter includes lifetime volume tracking with a 5-digit non-resettable counter, so total fuel moved stays recorded even after resets. It keeps the long-term number separate from the per-transfer count. You can check total volume moved whenever you need a baseline for usage over time.
Slow transfer rates turn a routine fill into a long wait once you're working with larger tanks. This pump delivers 20 GPM, so you keep fuel moving when you're filling tanks in the 20-80 gallon range. Reliable rotary vane pump technology keeps the transfer consistent instead of surging and sputtering. You spend less time standing at the tank and more time getting back to work.
Sourcing hose and nozzle parts after you've already bought a pump can stall the whole setup. This pump includes 12' of 3/4" hose with static ground wire and a cast aluminum manual nozzle, so the dispensing side is already covered. The plastic nozzle boot attaches to the pump body, so the nozzle stays parked at the pump between fills. You connect the hose, fuel what you need, and keep the nozzle where it belongs when you're done.
Fuel storage can carry grit and larger debris, and a pump mounted in a shop or outdoor tank area takes daily abuse. The built in mesh strainer filters out large particles and contaminants before they move through the pump, and the cast iron construction is built for durability to withstand the harshest environments. Add the thermal protected motor that prevents overheating, and the pump is set up for repeat use without heat buildup getting out of hand. You keep bigger junk out of the line and keep the pump running through everyday transfers.

Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Fill-Rite 115 volt AC power 20 gallons per minute fuel transfer pump. Now this is a heavy duty electric fuel transfer pump. This designed to mount directly onto a stationary above ground fuel tank. This is going to run on standard 115 volt AC power.
So as long as you have a nearby power source, you're gonna be good to go. We do recommend insulation though by a license electrician when you get this installed. Now this pump is built tough. This has a cast iron body for durability. So all that to say this is going to be able to handle those harsh environments and the motor is thermally protected to prevent overheating.
This uses reliable rotary vein pump technology, which is known for consistent dependable performance. Now in terms of output, this is going to give you up to 20 gallons per minute. That makes it a great fit for tanks in the 20 to 80 gallon range. This operates on a 30 minute on 30 minute off duty cycle and it has a maximum operating pressure of 23 PSI. This comes as a fairly complete setup.
You are going to get this 12 foot 3/4 of an inch hose and this hose has a built in static ground wire so this hose is included. And then going back to my closeup view here, you're going to get this cast aluminum manual nozzle. And if you notice here we do have a boot here that's going to mount onto the pump body. This is obviously how you turn the pump on, turn it off and then just replace the handle just like that. So obviously very easy to use.
The pump has a built-in mesh strainer to help filter out larger particles and contaminants before they can damage your equipment. And this also includes a mechanical fuel transfer meter. This meter can track flow rates between 5 to 20 gallons per minute and it has a three digit resettable counter that will measure up to 99.9 gallons per transfer. And as you can see here, we do have this knob here that's going to allow you to reset it just like that. And then this does feature this non resettable counter that's going to track the lifetime volume. Now if you notice we do have some miles on there. I think it has 66.8 gallons listed there. More than likely yours is going to arrive with some miles on it. And what that means is Fill-Rite tested these at the factory so your non resettable counter will probably have some numbers flipped over there. They won't be all knocked off at zero. So I say that 'cause I don't want you to think you got a used product. Your product has been tested from the factory so that's why that probably won't be all resetted to zero. As far as compatibility, this is gonna work with a wide range of fuels and solvents including diesel, gasoline, ethanol blends up to E15, biodiesel blends up to B20, kerosene, mineral spirits, stoddard solvents and heptane. A couple of insulation notes. This is going to mount to a standard two inch bong on your tank. It has a 1-1/4 inch female inlet and a 3/4 of an inch female outlet. And you will need to source your own suction pipe and cut it to the proper length for for your specific tank. Some final measurements here, looking at the overall height, we're sitting pretty close to 16-1/4 inches. The overall width about 10-7/8 inches. And actually let me take that back. The overall width about 14-1/4 inches. And then the overall depth about 10-7/8 inches. And we do have that information listed for you on this product page if you need to refer back to it. You are going to get instructions to guide you through the installation and the setup. But if you happen to have any other questions, whether it's about this or anything that we have here at etrailer, don't hesitate to reach out. We do wanna make sure that you're getting exactly what you need. Well again, my name's Andy. Thank you for joining me.
