Fill-Rite pumps are perfect for use in the field or at the job site. Whether you're just getting set up or want to upgrade your fluid transfer operations, these pumps are built to withstand the harsh conditions of agriculture and construction.
Features:
When equipment needs fuel between tasks, a 12V pump helps you top off from a transfer tank without tying up shop time. This Fill-Rite pump delivers 15 GPM for common 15- to 60-gallon tanks and mounts to a standard 2" bung, so it fits many on-site setups.
Mounting locations and wire runs can vary by tank and trailer. The electrical junction box rotates 180 degrees, giving you more options to route wiring based on where the pump is mounted. The 12V DC motor wires to a 12V battery power source, and the power wire is not included.
Stored fuel can pick up debris over time. This pump includes a built-in mesh strainer to help stop larger particles and contaminants before they reach the pump.
The rotary vane pump design is paired with thermal motor protection to help prevent overheating during longer fueling sessions. An on-off switch lever with a metal stopping arm gives you a straightforward way to start and stop fuel flow at the pump.

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Fill-Rite 12-volt, 15 gallon per minute fuel transfer pump. Now, this is a 12-volt fuel transfer pump that's going to run off of a standard 12-volt battery setup, like what you would have on your truck, trailer, or equipment. And this is going to wire directly to your 12-volt DC power source. Battery's not included with this, so this is gonna be a great option if you need something portable and you don't want to rely on 110-volt power. Now, this is going to pump fuel at 15 gallons per minute, which is really a practical flow rate for most small to midsize transfer tanks, especially tanks in the 15 to 60 gallon range.
So it's gonna move fuel quickly without being overkill for a typical job site or farm use. Now, one thing that's really great about this is it does have thermal protection. That means if you're running it for a while and the motor starts getting too warm, this is gonna help prevent overheating and damage. It does have a 30-minute duty cycle, so you can run it for up to 30 minutes, then it needs about 30 minutes to cool down before running again. So, that's pretty standard for a pump in this category.
Installation's gonna be pretty straightforward. This is going to mount directly into a standard two-inch bung opening, which is what most transfer tanks use. The electrical junction box can rotate 180 degrees during install, so you can position the wiring in the direction that makes the most sense for your setup. That makes routing the wires much cleaner and easier. This also includes a built-in mesh strainer to catch larger debris before it reaches the pump.
That's gonna help protect the internals and extend the life of the motor, especially if you're pulling fuel from transfer tanks that might not be perfectly clean. So, some other specs that you might be interested in, the maximum operating pressure is gonna be 16 PSI. The inlet is one inch female, the outlet is 3/4 of an inch female. And lemme go ahead and give you some measurements. Looking at the overall length first from end to end, we're sitting pretty close to 13 inches long.
And then looking at the depth or the width, however you'd like to identify that, right at about 10 7/8 inches wide. And then the overall height, about 10 1/2 inches tall. Instructions are going to be included to guide you through the insulation and the operation. It includes everything that you see here. So this is gonna be a solid option if you need a dependable 12-volt fuel transfer pump for a truck-mounted tank, farm equipment, or job site fueling, something that's gonna be relatively fast, straightforward, and easy to install. And it's designed to protect itself during those longer fueling sessions.
