Keep the interior of your vehicle clean with this functional, custom floor mat. Rear liner has a rigid plastic core for durability, and its unique, rubberized outer shell grips carpeting while it channels and traps water and debris.
Features:
WeatherTech floor liners accurately and completely line the interior carpet of your vehicle, providing "absolute interior protection" for your car, truck, minivan or SUV. Digital laser measurements of the interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! The patent-pending, High-Density Tri-Extruded (HDTE) material features a rigid core for strength and produces surface friction with the carpet for better grip. Advanced surfacing creates channels that carry fluids and debris to a lower reservoir, which has more channeling to help minimize fluid movement while you are driving. Once fluids become trapped in the reservoir, away from shoes and clothing, they are easily removed from the WeatherTech FloorLiner over the door sill.

Speaker 1: Today, on our 2017 Chevrolet Equinox, we're going to be taking a look at the WeatherTech second row rear auto floor mat in black. Part number WT442712. That's also available in Cocoa using part number WT472712, and Gray using part number WT462712, and in Tan using part number WT452712. If you're looking for a way to keep your carpet looking new in your Equinox, our WeatherTech floor liner is gonna do a good job keeping all that dirt, water, and debris off of the carpet and onto the mat.We're gonna be able to keep the interior clean in our Equinox, because the WeatherTech floor mat is gonna have a one piece design giving us full coverage. Here we can see that our factory floor mat isn't gonna have as much coverage, and it is gonna stop right in the middle so that center section isn't gonna be protected.Our WeatherTech mat's gonna contour all the way around, following all the edges of our Equinox, and it's gonna have this nice lip to keep the dirt and debris, and all the moisture trapped into the middle of the mat, and away from our carpet. Our mat's gonna have a rigid core for durability, but it's also flexible enough to stay flat and mold to our car.The texture of our mat is gonna keep our feet nice and secure, and the channels are gonna divert water and debris away from our feet.
On the underside of the mat, the rubber coating is gonna grip onto the carpet nicely and keep it from shifting. Our mat's gonna extend from one door sill going all the way over to the other, and even contour over the center section here for a perfect fit. When it does come time to clean the mats, it's gonna be rather easy. We can simply pull the mat out, hose it down with some water and some mild soap, let it dry out in the sun, and then we can reinstall them.That'll finish up your look at the WeatherTech second row rear auto floor mat on our 2017 Chevrolet Equinox.

Definitely not the best place for them to be floppy, Kelly. I put WeatherTech floor mats in my Silverado quite a few years ago, though a different style, and it did take a little bit for them to form themselves to fit perfectly. We get pretty hot in the summer hear in Missouri, so it wasn't too bad. Being winter now, it might take a little longer, but I think you will be happy with them in the long run. I definitely am with mine! ^___^ Are these just to get nicer ones than the factory mats or are you going to be getting muddy often? The factory ones in my Silverado were absolutely terrible so it was a huge upgrade for me.

Thanks for sharing the photo, that really helps. These are custom-fit mats, but with motorhomes like the Freedom Elite, there can be slight differences depending on the floor layout or trim level. Even though they’re listed to fit multiple models, Thor sometimes makes small changes around the passenger side footwell that can affect how that corner sits. What you’re seeing on that edge is usually from the mat not quite matching the contour of that specific floor shape. Sometimes letting the mat sit in the sun or a warm area can help it relax and settle a bit better, but if it’s still not lining up after that, it may just be a variation in that particular model. If you can share your exact Freedom Elite model, we can double check fitment and see if there’s a better option or confirm if that’s expected for your setup.

I had contacted WeatherTech. Can you please confirm if you have removed the carpeted floormats prior to installing them these floor mats?

The fit isn’t the best. And wish I had gotten the individual ones vs the one that covers the entire front floor. Outside of that they work great. They are dirty from snow and mud but they clean up great.

Its been about a year and the mat is doing its job as far as keeping the carpet looking new. My only complaint is the mat will not stay in place. It will slide very easy. Weather Tech sent some Velcro but it doesnt help in the movement. I have several strips on the underneath of the mat. This is all that Weather Tech offered as a fix. Dont know if I would purchase them again or not.
