Today, on this 2016 Toyota Sienna we're going to review and install the WeatherTech Cargo liner in gray, part number WT42552. This is also available in black as part number WT40552, and tan as part number WT41552. Now, this cargo is designed to work in the back of your vehicle with the seats in their stowed position. This makes a great accessory for your vehicle if you want to put something in the back of your vehicle and not mess up the back side of your seats. Installation's pretty simple. Put into place, and line it up with the edges of the walls, and you're good to go. It also helps out a lot to have this in a warm environment before you put it in the vehicle, that way it's more flexible, and it can actually mold itself to individual contours of your vehicle.
Now you notice, it's kind of hard to tell right here, but there is a texture on here to help keep material from sliding around on it, plus it has these grooves built in, so in case you put anything wet in there, it can seep into here, and collect in the bottom of the mat. Of course, if you look at our mat, it kind of has a little bit of a slant to it or a grade because of the seats because they don't sit perfectly flat, but if you notice all the way around, in case something does get wet, it has a raised edge around here to keep getting your carpet from getting wet at the edges. If you look at this little section right here, this is actually designed to be cut out. If your van has the vents right here, you can use this and not obstruct your vents. Now, if we take a look at the bottom edge of it, you notice it has the same imprint as the top, however, it looks like it's smooth, but actually has a bit of a grippy surface to help attach to the upholstery or carpet on the back of your folded up seats. It helps give it a grip, so it won't slide around as much. Now, this whole liner is created from a thermoplastic material that's impervious to gas, oil, or even battery acid, all the things you wouldn't want to put inside your van any way.
Now, if you do get these dirty, these are very easy to clean. Simply just take them out. Hose them off. Use some mild soap and water. Rinse them off and you're good to go.

The lip around the edge doesn’t really hold its shape to well to contain liquids, and the bottom has no spikes or traction, so the whole thing slides on the carpet. It slowly slides toward the door, and then the door doesn’t close. Good material I guess, but really poor design. Ill buy a different one as soon as I catch my breath after paying WeatherTech prices for something that doesn’t do the job.
This cargo liner is fantastic!
The fit is precise and matches the trunk of my car exactly. It is slightly thinner than I was expecting, but the liner is very light yet stiffer than regular floor mats. The light and fairly flexible material makes for quick add/remove easing cleanup. Edges around the entire perimeter are over 1" tall and will hold a significant amount of water/dirt/whatever without destroying the trunk.
Exact fitment. Quick shipping from etrailer. Made for my car. Looks like a factory accessory. I would recommend both the Weathertech custom floor mats and etrailer for the positive shopping experience I had.

When I received the mat, I warmed it in the sun to soften it and dropped it into place for a perfect fit in the kinda quirky space of a Bolt EV. It's especially handy on a nursery run when we come back with dripping wet plants with soil attached. Just pop it out, dump out the water, soil, etc and pop it back in. After a year of faithful service, we highly recommend this product.
It does not fit. When I called to complain I was told to just cut the corner off and then it would fit. Your ads say they are laser measured to fit perfectly, the cargo liner does not fit!
I purchased the WeatherTech mats for the front and for the cargo area of my '17 Chevy Bolt. The front floor mats fit perfectly once they were warmed up in the house to make them more flexible. To me, WeatherTechs are more plastic-like than rubber-like but they do the job. I had issues with the cargo mat. Be aware that there are different mats for the "false floor" and the floor in the cargo well for the Bolt and this wasn't clear at the time of my purchase. Make sure you know which mat you want to save return and repurchase.
Looks and fits great
The WeatherTech liner fits well in the back of our new Toyota Sienna and provides the protection we wanted for the interior when we travel. We normally stow the third row seats since it's just the wife, dog, and I travelling so the mat protects the stowed seats/carpet from the soiling and wear/tear of our luggage, gear, etc.
We are extremely pleased with both the product and the great service.
Perfect fit for the 2025 Lexus GX 550 6 seater model, given Lexus does not make a large cargo mat/liner. Just let it sit out in the sun for 5 mins and it will unfurl and be ready tor installation.

I very much like etrailer (vendor) but this particular product (weather tech cargo liner) does not meet my full expectations. It fits nicely in vehicle when 3rd row seating is folded down but when 3rd row seating is up you have to remove the weather tech cargo liner. The OEM version from KIA has a fold such that when the 3rd row seating is raised, the cargo liner simply folds back on itself (and fits nicely regardless if the 3rd row is up or down).

This cargo liner is not what we expected. Small for the price.
Ok it looks nice and fits well , but it will not stay in place slides around .
The mats work wonderfully. They are well-made, fit correctly and look good. The shipping could have been quicker.
Tailgate and side fit are good. The mat is 7" short of the 2nd row captain seats when they are moved to the maximum rear position. Expensive product for not an exact fit.
