Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Blazer magnet mount LED warning light bar with the heated lens. Now this is a mini warning light bar which will alert other drivers and pedestrians of the presence of your service vehicle. It will offer 360 degrees of lighting, so it is ideal for towing, plowing, transportation, warehouse, and even agricultural applications. When this is installed, it's a nice low profile aerodynamic design to it. And we did mention this has a heated lens to it.
And just to show you what we're talking about, I wanna zoom in closer so you could see. Basically on this end, if you notice on the inside of the lens, it has those elements that run all the way across sort of like a defroster on your car. And it's an automatic heated lens. So when you do turn on the light, this will also warm up here and it'll melt way any snow or ice that might build up on the light to give you continued visibility in the winter months. And it's on all four sides of the light.
The lens on it is a nice tough polycarbonate lens, which is impact resistant, has an IP 67 rating for protection against dust and moisture. Now the plug here, the power cord plug, it's designed to plug into your vehicle's 12 volt power outlet. We're gonna do that in a minute here just to show you how bright the light is and how it operates. First, wanna go through a couple features. On the power plug, it does have two switches.
One is an on and off, one is a toggle switch for the different patterns that it'll offer. The control switches are located on the power cord so that you can operate the light from inside your vehicle. And again, the separate switches, the one with the light on it is for power on and off. The other one is for the pattern selection. It will offer nine different patterns.
Basically, it'll do three amber, three white, and then three combination of amber and white. And again, what we're gonna show you here, and the base on this, it is a non-scratch magnetic base. On each corner, you can see the four magnets here. This will secure to your vehicle's roof. Show you what we're talking about. I have a piece of metal here and you can see how that'll hold onto the metal, holds it in really in any position. Then to remove it, just pull it right off. Again, it attaches, and what's nice about this magnetic mount, that means the unit can be quickly mounted, can be repositioned, or even removed for storage when not in use. And it can also be permanently mounted if you prefer. (coughs) Excuse me. So what we're gonna do now is I have the 12 volt power socket. We're gonna push in our plug. And then again, we got our two switches. So I'm gonna push the first one and there you can see it's flashing amber. I'll go ahead and turn off the overhead light and that's our first pattern. Push it the second time, there's a quicker flash pattern of amber and the flash pattern will flash about 124 times per minute. The third one is still amber, but it's a rotational one now. And then when we do it again, now you switch to white. It'll do the same pattern, but it'll be done in white. There's the flash, super flash, and then the rotational. And then when we go to the next three, it's gonna be, you can see a combination of amber and white flash, amber and white faster flash, and an amber and white rotational. So we went through all nine patterns. When you push it again, you'll go back to the start, which is the flashing amber. And just to give you an idea, I do wanna zoom out a little bit so you can see it from a distance, how much area it lights up. And go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights. Go ahead and turn off our light. Now a few specs on this, we're gonna give the length of the power cord right here. You can see that's wound up is about 12 feet when it's fully extended. And the plug on the end. And now the dimensions on the light itself, if we do the length of the light from one end all the way to the other end is 17 and 3/8 inches long. If we do the width, which is gonna be this way, you can see it is gonna be about 7 and 3/16 inches wide. And then if we do the overall height from the bottom to the very top, it's gonna be right at about 3 and 3/16 inches tall. So very low profile design. But that should do it for the review on this Blazer magnet mount LED warning light bar with the heated lens.
