Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Victron VE.Direct to USB Interface. Now, many Victron products like solar charge controllers, battery monitors, and inverters use something called the VE.Direct port. So this cable is going to plug into that port on one end, and then into a USB port on a laptop or desktop on the other end. And this is going to be a USB-A port. Once this is connected, you can use Victron's free VictronConnect software to view live system data like battery voltage, charge status, history, et cetera, change settings and configure the device, update firmware when Victron releases improvements.
