You deal with mud, rain, and cold mornings. This binder is made for all of it. Extend it out to reach your chains, then tighten it down or spin it free when you need to move fast. When the job's done, fold the handle away and hit the road.
Every job is different, but fumbling with a stubborn binder doesn't have to be part of your workday. The 3-position lever on this ratchet binder is engineered for speed and total control, giving you an edge when time and weather aren't on your side. Instead of wrestling with a single-speed mechanism, just flick the lever to the position you need.

Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our Durabuilt Dura-Fold Ratchet Chain Binder with Handle for 3/8ths to 1/2-inch chains rated at 12,000 pounds. So folks, whether you're securing down your big bulldozers, tractors, heavy equipment, or just heavy gear that you're transporting, these are gonna be great 'cause they're DOT-compliant for transport. And again, they have a 12,000 pound working load limit. They do use a simple quick switch between extending and taking up, and that's over here on the side.
You just switch it and it actually has a sticker on the side of it that tells you that. And it also can be locked. So you can lock it, that way, no one could loosen it back up and just has an extra safety thing as well. So there's no lock included. That would be sold separately.
Or you can purchase one locally within your area. And once again, that sticker showing you in and out makes it super simple to use. You have a nice comfortable grip here. It's a vinyl coated barrel here that gives you slip resistance and even in rain, gloves on those kind of things. And then of course, you just do your thing and obviously it's twisting these in or out depending on which way you're doing it to ratcht everything down.
And then what's cool about this design is you can simply just fold that handle over. So now this fits in the toolbox, much smaller footprint, not taking up much space or cargo compartment or something of that nature as well. So again, very big heavy duty hooks. Easy to operate. Whether you want to go in or out, you can simply switch the lever, and then you're ready to go.
And again, you can lock it for safety and security. Folks, this has been forged steel construction, so it's gonna withstand those tough, rough conditions. You don't have to worry about it bending, failing, anything like that. That's gonna wrap it up for our quick look together. I'm Steven, thanks for watching and if there's anything you would love to see differently in the video in the future or things that we can maybe showcase better, please let us know so we can make 'em better for you. Have a good one.
