great service from Joshua B & William S at e-trailer, 1st window frame arrived with broken glass tabs for hold glass in place and screw tabs. The glass moved around in shipment and brook the tabs. call e-trailer and Joshua B. was very helpful in returning window & get a new one shipped out. thank you The manufactures packing needs to be done better so that the glass window peace does not move around during shipment & breaks tab holding glass in place and also the screw point hold the frame together. The new one came wrapped better. good service from e-trailer.

Product was a perfect drop in replacement. Only issue would be the seal strip that is on the old one. The new one does not have seal strip. Not really a problem. Judicious use of silicone resolves that but that adds time to the project.

Parts were hard to find because I didn’t know what to call them I kept describing them till I finally got it right then I got exact replacement. Very good

I replaced 4 of these to replace the plastic ones that had broke. These fit perfectly. They still look and work as good as the day I put them on. Thanks etrailer

Although the glass was the perfect factory replacement the size was 3/16" narrower than a perfect fit. With a little more silicone sealant I was able to make it work. Note: the perfect fit would be 12.5" x 21.5".

We had an attempted break in of our camping trailer and the door window was shattered. We were able to order a replacement through etrailer for a very reasonable price that arrived in a few days. It was the exact size I needed and was easy to install. No leaks after a year.

This is the second one of these I had. The first was previously mounted on our Wildcat 5th wheel and liked it so much I put one on our recently purchased Jayco. The only reason for dropping one star, is the cheap basically license plate bolts it comes with. I drilled 13/64" holes for them since they are self-tapping and one of the heads snapped off halfway in and I had to drill it out.......arrgghh! Admittedly it was cold out so the steel was brittle but was still aggravating. Then I got smart and went to the hardware store and got some automotive body bolts and nuts to mount it since I could get the the inside (see pic).

Installed the handle with ease. Wife likes it (which is good). Every RV screen door should have this handle to prevent damage as they are easily damaged by grabbing the door's cross section to close the door.

Our small dog started scratching the screen door when we’d have to leave her behind. This went up easy and will save the screen, we did have to improvise and use shorter screws.

We bought a new travel trailer, we have a senior dog that's pretty much blind who sometimes travels with us. This screen keeps her safely in the camper when the entrance door is open for air, it also protects our screen door. It looks great, like original equipment. Well worth the investment.

The door hinge was an exact match to the hinges on my 2012 Sabre 5th wheel. I replaced 1 of the 3 and it resolved the binding and eliminated the annoying sqeak.

Fit perfect

I purchases a door stopper handle for my RV screen door. It was not easy to find the part, mostly because most product descriptions did not provide exact measurements. This company did have several pictures showing the exact dimensions. It matched exactly what I needed. The part is sturdy. I am able to pull my screen door open and shut using the handle.

the lady at etrailer was very helpful in selecting this replacement door hinge. It was easy to install. The door closes easily. If your RV door won't close easily,check the hinge. It doesn't have to be bent much , to cause problems. It's not cheap, but you save money by doing the job yourself.

Will be installing this weekekend, but Josh at E trailer is great to work with. Easy to contact customer service and handles everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend

Came on time, in one piece (thank goodness, and went in without any issue. Wouldn’t expect any less from etrailer they’ve been rock solid at getting us parts and helping with any issues.

We have put these in two of our campers now. They are a very easy install and we love that you can see out the window. Plus the mini blind is great for anytime you want to black out the window.

Love it! Keeps our Doodle from running through the screen. etrailer.com shipped the Defender in a box that prevented the screen from getting damaged. I initially ordered it from Walmart. However, they shipped it as is, so the top part of the screen was warped. I returned the damaged defender and ordered from etrailer.com. Our front door Defender also arrived damaged, so I going to order the 30" from etrailer.com next. From now on, I'm going to etrailer.com for all of our travel trailer needs first.

Have had it installed for over a year of use! Has protected the screen from elbows, feet, pet-pushing .....all of the above!! A great addition that keeps me from having to re-screen endlessly! I always find what I need on etrailer
