Right product, right price and speedy delivery.

Product was a perfect drop in replacement. Only issue would be the seal strip that is on the old one. The new one does not have seal strip. Not really a problem. Judicious use of silicone resolves that but that adds time to the project.

I replaced 4 of these to replace the plastic ones that had broke. These fit perfectly. They still look and work as good as the day I put them on. Thanks etrailer

Although the glass was the perfect factory replacement the size was 3/16" narrower than a perfect fit. With a little more silicone sealant I was able to make it work. Note: the perfect fit would be 12.5" x 21.5".

We had an attempted break in of our camping trailer and the door window was shattered. We were able to order a replacement through etrailer for a very reasonable price that arrived in a few days. It was the exact size I needed and was easy to install. No leaks after a year.

This is the second one of these I had. The first was previously mounted on our Wildcat 5th wheel and liked it so much I put one on our recently purchased Jayco. The only reason for dropping one star, is the cheap basically license plate bolts it comes with. I drilled 13/64" holes for them since they are self-tapping and one of the heads snapped off halfway in and I had to drill it out.......arrgghh! Admittedly it was cold out so the steel was brittle but was still aggravating. Then I got smart and went to the hardware store and got some automotive body bolts and nuts to mount it since I could get the the inside (see pic).

Installed the handle with ease. Wife likes it (which is good). Every RV screen door should have this handle to prevent damage as they are easily damaged by grabbing the door's cross section to close the door.

My Casita travel trailer front door window had slipped down. I called Casita Parts and was told that door window frames come from etrailer.com. I called and talked Mike. He knew exactly what I needed along with Butyl tape foe sealing. Mike had my parts and shipped them the same day. Very pleased with inventory and fast shipping.

Exact replacement and works great. Purchased an extra just in case. Shipping was prompt.

Product is exactly what I need to fix the screen door latch on my Salem By: Forest River 26TBUD. Other than the slight shipping delay from the Manufacturer, perfect shopping experience.

It works well. The movement did not catch the latch, so I had to take index cards and make shims so the latch works like it should. I would suggest adding shims redrawn and punched to make the kit better.

We bought a new travel trailer, we have a senior dog that's pretty much blind who sometimes travels with us. This screen keeps her safely in the camper when the entrance door is open for air, it also protects our screen door. It looks great, like original equipment. Well worth the investment.

The door hinge was an exact match to the hinges on my 2012 Sabre 5th wheel. I replaced 1 of the 3 and it resolved the binding and eliminated the annoying sqeak.

Installed easy. I had to replace 2 hinges after being crushed while bringing in a slide out on my 5th wheel. The cost between the what I ordered and replacing the original part was almost 4 times more. ( I needed black) Ordered the available white, do to me being cheap and just needing the door to operate appropriately. My rv has two entry doors and this is the secondary door. White and friction hinge was not a priority. Arrives in a bag. No white sheet or instructions. Although it's self explanatory. Reused the screw fasteners from the original hinges holding the screen door and holding the door hinge in place to the frame. Used a grinding wheel for rivets holding the door hinge to the frame. Installed the new hinges with existing screws and replaced the rivets with #8 self tapping sheet metal screws. Predrilled holes with 9/64 drill bit. (recommended 11/64) Screws went in nicely with a moderate drive. Quite happy with the results.

The middle tab was chewed up not broken off. I cleaned off the rough edges and it seems to be working OK. I guess there's no quality control. Other than that it was a great experience. I compared it to my old one and it’s taller which is good. Because my old one keeps falling out of the screen door track.

I purchases a door stopper handle for my RV screen door. It was not easy to find the part, mostly because most product descriptions did not provide exact measurements. This company did have several pictures showing the exact dimensions. It matched exactly what I needed. The part is sturdy. I am able to pull my screen door open and shut using the handle.

It's not exactly the same configuration as the original part and had to redrill holes for the screen door. Also the price seems a bit high for a door hinge. Other than that it seems to be working well after a year of use.

Matches the part that was broken. I have to use the existing screws, but no complaints.

Have had it installed for over a year of use! Has protected the screen from elbows, feet, pet-pushing .....all of the above!! A great addition that keeps me from having to re-screen endlessly! I always find what I need on etrailer

Love it! Keeps our Doodle from running through the screen. etrailer.com shipped the Defender in a box that prevented the screen from getting damaged. I initially ordered it from Walmart. However, they shipped it as is, so the top part of the screen was warped. I returned the damaged defender and ordered from etrailer.com. Our front door Defender also arrived damaged, so I going to order the 30" from etrailer.com next. From now on, I'm going to etrailer.com for all of our travel trailer needs first.

The product was exactly what I needed. It was very easy to install. The most time consuming aspect was taking off the old frame and prepping for the new frame. What would have been even better is if the qty. 16 #6 1 1/2" screws came with the frame at an additional charge of course which would have saved me time and a trip to the hardware store.

this item fit perfectly. it had the same amount of screws as the one that was broken, so i had no worries there. each piece has a line of sticky sealant all the way around to help hold the window and to seal the edges from weather. all in all i am now a happy glamper!
