Hollywood Racks Express 3 Bike Carrier - Fixed Arms - Trunk Mount
Installation was straightforward. The rack sits high up on my 2016 Subaru Forester so lifting bikes onto the rack requires effort. Getting 3 mountain bikes on the rack was a bit tricky. When loaded rack was secure and stable.
Seems like a sturdy, reliable product so far. Components are solid and well put together. Fits great and carries well on my 2014 Corolla. Excellent value considering the price tag on other racks out there. And the prompt delivery was great!

Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
While getting a bike rack for a sports car isn't ideal, I really wanted to transfer my bike with my own car instead of borrowing my friend's pickup truck. After hours of trying to find a bike rack that would be good for my 07 Mustang, I decided to give this one a try and I gotta say, it has been pretty good so far. It fits very well over the factory spoiler. One of my biggest concerns I was worried about when ordering a rack for my Mustang was ruining the paint, but the feet on the legs haven't left one scratch. I have used this to transfer my bike at freeway speeds (up to 80 mph) on car rides that typically last an hour and my bike was perfectly secure throughout each ride. For extra security, I wrapped both bike wheels with a ratchet strap so the wheels and pedals wouldn't shift in transit. So far, I am very pleased with this bike rack for the price and quality. I would highly recommend this if you want a rack that is affordable and durable.
Seemingly well-constructed and supported bike rack. It fits my 2018 Toyota Camry SE just fine and I haven't had any issues with sway or even feeling my bike while driving. I've only carried one bike on it and have used it a limited number of times, so I cannot speak on durability and longevity. Although you shouldn't open your trunk while the rack is attached, I have been able to do so with no issue (without the bike attached).

Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
Perfect for my 2019 RAV-4. I like this product because it allows me to drive and park without having to worry about height clearances in the city and parking was still navigable. Definitely worth the money!
I am really satisfied with this bike rack. It is easy and fast to install and take down. It is very secure. And it's great that there is a trunk lock for the rack itself and a built in bike lock.

Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style
Excellent and prompt customer service! When I first ordered my product it wasn’t in stock— staff were quick to let me know and offered me comparable products. I ended up waiting for my original order and shipping quick and they stayed in touch with ideas! Thule: The instructions could be a little more detailed. I ended up watching YouTube videos to help me instal. Overall it was easy, and this was the first rack I’ve ever installed and I did it by myself! I was surprised to learn the bike rack is in no way secured inside your vehicle, so.. I store it in my garage when it’s on.
Ordered online, it shipped the same day. Received it 3 days later. There is a little assembly, but, pretty simple. It took me less than 15 minutes to install and no tools were needed. It is adjustable to be used on many different auto types, but, the instructions were very clear about how to adjust it to fit my 2011 Ford Edge. I have used it twice so far to transport my bike. There are a couple of items that are inherent in the design, not a flaw, but, you need to be aware of them. First, you can't use rear window wipers. Second, the back-up alarm goes nuts because it registers a bike less than 6 inches behind you (I tolerate it for the few seconds it takes to back out of my driveway or out of a parking lot). Third, there is a little flexibility, it is held on with straps and clamps, not bolts, so, it bounces a little when you go over bumps or make sharp turns, however, it holds the bike fast to the frame and stays on the car. I use mine to transport my bike on short trips around town to bike trails. On a long trip I would suggest checking that the straps remain tight from time to time during the drive.

Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
Ford EdgeFits perfectly on our Lexus CT200h. Only on the old LS400, the side straps have to be fastened to the wheel arch edge, since the upper trunklid gap is to narrow for inserting the strap hooks. Mounting of two bikes is (with some routine) quickly done, and they stay safe even for longer and faster routes. For transporting three (mountain) bikes, though, the design doesn't seem big and robust enough. Nevertheless, the price-benefit-fun ratios are way better than reasonable.
2010 Chevrolet HHRThe side / bottom straps are seriously lacking. It has those straps you would find on a backpack, making it difficult to securely tighten down because of the angle. I'd usually have to pre-tighten them to a certain length, then forcefully shove the whole rack until it clipped onto my car. They really just need to be ratchet straps. Even then, one of the side straps came off while driving after hitting a small pothole and the whole thing dangled to one side - Luckily I was in a parking lot. I've also never been able to fit 3 regular bikes, only 2. It's really only a capacity of 3 if you have 2-3 slim bikes. The rubber is so wide that it makes it nearly impossible to slide certain bikes on. If you have a step thru bike with one of those crossbar adapters, I wouldn't even bother with trying this. Unfortunately I don't use this anymore since I'd be constantly worrying the whole thing will come off whenever I drive.

Okay, we'll begin by putting the feet underneath the trunk, and lightly pressing. Once your feet are hooked underneath the trunk, you can begin to pull up slightly and the legs will extend. Let's go ahead and take that off and set it aside. With the bike rack in this position, I'm going to go ahead and give you a quick measurement. From the bumper to this outer edge we've added about twenty-two inches to the rear of the vehicle. Now in close quarters situations such as parking or when you're putting this in your garage, you can fold these arms down. If you look in here there is actually silver tabs, there's going to be one on each side.

We'll go ahead and place the carrier onto the trunk of our Honda Civic. We want to make sure that the lower arm of our carrier is sitting in the bottom of the license plate well. Now, we'll go ahead and put the top hooks in the top part of the trunk, the side hooks in the side, and the bottom hooks in the bottom. Once we have it situated, we can then make our way back around and tighten down each strap firmly. We'll go ahead and undo the cradle straps to expose our cradles, place our bike onto our frame cradles, and secure it by tightening down each strap. With that done, our bike is all loaded up, and we're ready to hit the road. That completes today's test fit of the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier, part number TH910XT, on our 2012 Honda Civic.

Today on our 2012 Honda Civic we'll be test fitting the Thule Gateway two-bike carrier, part number TH9006XT. We'll go ahead and refer to the instructions or to the Thule Fit Guide to see what number our dial needs to be set. In this case our dial is going to be set at 7. We'll go ahead and place our carrier onto our vehicle. We need to make sure that the lower part of our carrier sits on the lower tier of our license plate frame. We'll go ahead and place our hooks into position putting the top hooks at the top part of the trunk, the bottom hooks at the bottom, and the side hooks to the side, and then make our way around tightening down each one. We'll pull the levers here at the side of the carrier to swing out our dual arms.

Today on our 2012 Honda Civic, we'll be test fitting the Thule Archway 2 Bike Carrier, part number TH9009XT. To begin our test fit, we want to refer to the instructions or the Thule Fit Guide to see what number our dial should be set at. In this case, our dial is going to be set at dial number 7. We'll go ahead and place our carrier onto the trunk of our vehicle, making sure that the bottom arm of our carrier sits at the bottom well of our license plate frame. We'll go ahead and put the hooks into place, placing the top hooks at the top part of the trunk, the side hooks at the side, and the bottom hooks at the bottom part of the trunk. We'll make our way back around, tightening down each strap. We'll pull the levers on the side of the carrier to swing out our dual arms. We want to make sure that these arms are level or slightly inclined. Once we have them in place, we'll push the outside levers back down to lock our arms into position.
