Hitch came on time and was easy to install being a weld on hitch. Was a good choice for my flatbed as the truck has a frame extension on it from a service box which meant a factory type hitch was not a option. Looking forward to using it more and not having to worry about hitch failure.

Purchased for a customers dump truck with out factory trailer tow package. Fit perfectly into place. Bolted and welded to frame ran new wiring for trailer. Heavy duty construction. I bought a used dump truck that didn’t have a towing hitch. It had an under tailgate salt spreader which ran off a central hydraulic system. So essentially there was a plate with hydraulic fittings where the hitch would be. This product worked perfectly to give me the ability to tow a trailer. I welded it on and retrofitted the hydraulic couplers to the sides. Exactly what I needed.

The part was delivered and had scratches all over it and only one of the bolt hole matched up. It did not come with the bolts to mount it.

ordered a 600$ part gets lost in shipping. I have to turn in a claim with UPS because I get no response from etrailer after two emails. Now I'm told I'll have to wait for investigation 10 days after delivery date but If you are needing the part sooner, you may place a new order and when we receive the part back from UPS or word it is lost, we can issue a refund.

Great product. Welded it on an M923 military truck to be able to haul conventional trailers and with a receiver pintle hitch I can haul any military trailer, big or small. Thanks.

Very solid and heavy duty. All of the parts were nicely painted. The only bummer was the way it was packaged. The large heavy parts were loosely placed in a poor quality box with a half ass tape job. The heavy box tune stuck out of the box. I am very happy with this product.

This was not well packed and arrived dented on the backside of the ICC bar and the powder coating was flaking off at that spot. Considering the heavy steel it's made of, it must've been hit pretty hard. Also, I asked prior to ordering for the plate that would fit my truck, specifically a '96 Chevy 3500HD commercial frame cab & chassis (you don't list my truck as a vehicle option) which has a completely different frame from the rest of the C/K line. A GMT-455 rather than a GMT-400. This plate was clearly not made for this frame, though my welder made it work and filled in some of the gaps, though left the top how it was. Had I known what I know now, I would've just had a custom plate made. Very disappointed in the condition as shipped and the fit, especially after first checking with you to be sure I ordered the correct part. But I needed it done and on the truck, so we made it work, but I would not buy another one.

late delivery due to snow storms which is expected. I did not expect the item to not come with mounting hardware. No 5/8th bolts &nuts included

The product is as advertised. Solidly built and fits the frame well. However, there are a few issues I had with this order. First the item arrived unpackaged and is scratched and has deep scratches in areas. Second the receiver tube is not straight. It deformed slightly when it was welded apparently. The product is heavy duty and I think it will work ultimately but quality control in fabrication and shipping is below par on this order.

Extremely high quality product, very happy with my purchase. Shipped quickly, I received it before the estimated time. One more side note, the shipping box was damaged while in route, (Not etrailer's fault) but because they did a great job packing it, everything was still in the box even though half of one side was torn off the box. I will defiantly be a repeat customer!!

Great quality product from Curt . Can be easy installation depending on the application.. mine more difficult because of aluminum alloy frame, so will have to do some reinforcing.

bolted up good and is heavy duty, thanks, I put this on my semi tractor to pull a smaller trailer.

It’s beefy and solid. The mounting bracket square holes had to be cut in a smidge and he added two more support bars.. but all in all. My welder said it would tow 11-12 k. Not the 16k I was told. But hey. I’m okay with that. There was a shipping issue which forced me to reschedule a few things, that is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Otherwise I am supper happy with how it turned out.
