Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller - 7-Way Plug-in w/ Bluetooth App - Up to 2 Axles - Proportional
It was such a relief that etrailer.com has a great customer relations with CURT products. My CURT Echo Mobile Brake Controller has always worked great while pulling my boat and camper and all of a sudden it failed and etrailer.com replaced it after returning it. We are back to camping again. Thanks again
Really like this so far. Added a plastic screw clamp to make sure it doesn’t go anywhere. Easy app. Drops out very rarely and is easy to get going. Had to wire my 2006 Toyota Tundra, which was an adventure. Have only used the controller a couple of times—two hour and six hour drives. Works great.

Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller - Dash Knob - Up to 2 Axles - Proportional
This was plug and play for my 2011 Toyota Sequoia.
Makes for a very clean and custom installation. Much nicer than hanging the whole mechanism. Because of the Toyota harness I purchased not including the plug for the Redarc and this model Redarc not including this part, I had to order the Redarc plug after receiving what was in effect an incomplete order. I'd order the more expensive Redarc controller if a custom harness was not available for my vehicle.

Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller - Dash Mounted Knob - Up to 4 Axles - Proportional
Purchased this controller for use on my 2017 Toyota Tundra. It looks great after the install. I took a couple of hours to get it in from box opening to completion (with frequent distractions from children) but the manual was great and installation went smoothly. To clarify the issue with the blue lights I’ve seen as a complaint. When you start the car, it goes through it’s calibration procedure. If no trailer is attached, it blinks the two blue LEDs for a bit saying no trailer is detected. If you touch the brake pedals those blinking lights turn off. While you’re driving no lights are on. Then, every time you push the brakes the two blue LEDs turn on while the brake pedal is depressed to say you’re braking and it doesn’t detect a trailer. Honestly, I’m glad for those lights because if my trailer was connected and I saw those lights while braking I’d know there was something wrong with the connection. I put my unit directly to the left of the steering wheel so I’ll only see the lights when I lean over and look yet it’s easily accessible while in the drivers seat. Everyone was telling me to grab a P2 or P3, I’m glad I didn’t listen. This is nicely out of the way, easily accessible, clean and simple, and very capable unit with all the necessary capabilities one needs in a brake controller.
Nice little unit. Really like the fact you only have the control knob showing. Was hoping it was small enough to fit in extra spot on Tundra next to the traction control button. Was a little large but found a great out of the way really factory looking spot for it. Have not had a chance to hook up trailer yet but as far as install goes it was super easy using the pigtail plug. True plug and play. Instructions were very easy to read and understand.

Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness - Dash Knob - Proportional
I was replacing an older style controller. The wiring was just about the same and was very easy to adapt with soldered connections and shrink tube. The control knob turned out very factory looking with the proper dash insert. Just tried out once with the tailer but really works well. Definitely recommend!!
The only reason I did 4 was because the kit has you drill two holes, it mentions a template for drilling but none was included. I had to use the measurements in mm and pick a bit because it detail what size. Start small. Where I installed the switch there is some reinforcement that I had to dremel to get it installed but this the location Ford indicated. 23 Ranger Tremor.

Curt Echo Under-Dash Bluetooth Brake Controller w/ OneControl App - Up to 4 Axles - Proportional
The break controller worked seamlessly. Profiles are easy to set up and it has very reliable Bluetooth connectivity with my phone. Installation was really easy on my Honda Pilot!
This is my first proportional brake controller. Stopping is much smoother without sacrificing safety. Communication by bluetooth makes for a clean installation.

Curt Echo In-Line Bluetooth Brake Controller w/ OneControl App - Up to 4 Axles - Proportional
Received my inline echo brake control module, installed fairly quickly took a bit to sync the system though, time will tell if it truly works like advertised installed on my F150
